Came here during lunch. It appears they have a full staff. The woman at the front counter (with only one arm) was super nice and attended to me as I walked in. I ordered a whopper and onion rings, but when food arrived I got fries. They were too busy to complain. The food was greasy and below Burger King standards. I could not eat it. Fries were warm but not tasty. Very disappointed.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. First off the service was awful. I was actually worried to ask for the sauces they forgot to give us because they seemed so bothered to help me with anything. They just complained about stuff while we ate our food. Next, not even all of our food was warm and fresh. We waited for about 20 minutes as the only people in the lobby, which is totally fine, except I would expect the food to be fresh and not taste like it’s been sitting out all day. The cleanliness of the store was a problem too. From stains and spills on the tables and walls to spider webs on the seats, this place had it all! The cleanest place to sit was surprisingly in the restroom, and if I had known that before I ate I would’ve just had my meal in there. This all just goes back to management like most poorly run places. I hope someone realizes this and fixes the problem soon. Anyway, that’s my rant and I hope you would do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

The service at this store has improved so much and it is so clean
I've been to several restaurants with my husband and we have seen the good and the bad. But we got there and was greeted by the cashier, Sean, Our food was fresh and while we were eating we watched the manager Mr. Eddie who was busy but still managed to teach mr. sean the register but also help an elderly lady to her table. That's what makes hearts melt. This burger king has done a 360

Showed up at 6:30 pm. They had signs saying charbroil was down so only serving chicken. Fine. Nuggets are what we wanted anyway. Go to drive thru and they say they aren't taking any orders. Refuse to take orders of any sort. Front door is locked, yet employees still hanging out inside riding the clock. Just not serving customers. If you try to call the number isn't active.
This isn't the first time this location has refused to serve customers during business hours

Finally someone answered the speaker as soon as we pulled up. I appreciated the amazing customer service from the new evening manager. We did wait about 5 mins for our food but it was a lot shorter than the normal wait so we won’t complain because our food was correct and fresh. Thanks BK!

We waited over 25 minutes for a very small order. Food wasn’t even hot. There were only two cars ahead of us, so it isn’t like there was a long line. The employees were too busy screaming and arguing with each other to prepare our food.
