Went to drive through had both lanes open but was ignored at 1:00 had to go around and get into the other one was it so bad food was good french fries good and hot they did an awesome job

Typical McDonald's drive thru. Staff was friendly, fries were hot.
Pulled up to the drive-through speaker wasn’t working pull around to the front window and the woman walked away when I told her I couldn’t hear on the speaker and then the manager came out there and said this lady is working two lines and I said I understand that I’m not having anything against her. I’m just trying to make an order, and she said we’re not supposed to take your order and I told her I’m not being rude. I was not rude to anyone. I actually am hard of hearing and cannot hear on the speaker and even the lady said it just sounds like humming on the speakers so she couldn’t hear either but thank you for being rude and making my decision not to come back to this place slow to South Carolina McDonald’s you suck.

I waited in the drive through 12 minutes without anyone coming onto the speaker to take my order. 2 cars and pulled up in the opposite drive thru land had their order taken before mine and I was there first. I finally pulled through to window 1 where I was greeted and explained I had waiting for 12 minutes and the lady closed the window. After another minute or so another RUDE lady came barreling out of the window and instructed that orders wasn't taken at the window. I again explained that I had waited TWELVE minutes and the other 2 cars orders were taken prior to mine and she cut me off staying they had shift change and they couldn't take my order at the window. Very very unprofessional and absolutely rude staff system this location.

I've come by here 2 times in the morning, and the door is locked, and nobody is even running the place.
We went through drive through, no one was at the first window for us to pay, we waited 5 to 6 minutes and then pulled to the 2nd window, and we were told we would have to go back around to pay, the lines behind us were long, we refuses to pull around, the manager became irritated and the young guy at the window, the manager agreed to take the pay there and the young man began cursing and using very foul language with a small child in the car. Then our fries were cold and we did not get all our food. Never again will I go there

Placed an online order, arrived and 1 car in front of me. When it came time to order I was ask to wait 2 times as the employee took orders from cars who came up after I was ask to wait. On the 3rd time I was ask to wait I interjected that she had waited on 2 cars who arrived after had been asked to wait.I think this is the WORST operation in McDonald's chain.

Ice cream machine not available - again. Unfortunately this is a well documented general McDonalds problem that happens WAY too often, which is very frustrating for a customer. Explain to a 2 year old why they can't have an ice cream! Take lessons from Wendy's and your other competitors who hardly, if ever, have this issue.
