We stopped at the drive thru tonight (new years) because most other options were closed. The lady running the drive thru was super sweet! She told us that tomorrow was her birthday and decided to take the day off to rest. She deserves it. She met us at both windows to take care of us. The food was hot and fresh. So compliments to the cook as well. They were the only two working. But our visit was probably the best visit I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. These workers deserve a raise! They did the work of 6 people and had a smile the whole time!

If only there was an option to put zero stars.... entire place needs to be shut down, or everyone including management needs to gtfo of there. No one cares about the food or atmosphere there. Bad attitudes from everyone, then after ordering, I was told at the last window that some items were taken off without my knowledge, yet I was still charged. Was told no management on site.

Went inside to get food. Left standing for way to long at front counter waiting to order. When a person (possible supervisor) did finally appear she demanded I use the kiosk and walked away. I left and did not get food
We rarely eat at a McDonald’s. Maybe it’s because we maxed out our visits as kids. However, we have stopped at this McDonald’s multiple times to use the restroom. It’s a newer version or at least remodeled and have found it to be quite clean. Wish we could say that about other newer restaurants in town. If you’re looking to eat here they have a Double drive thru as well.

This is my first time coming here. It’s so clean Even in the Men’s Bathroom!! It smelled so good it made me feel so confident in eating here!! I honestly loved it so much! I will be back here for sure!! Thank You Guys So Much Amen!!!

I reported the manager of this McDonald's. They sent me two free meals. That's not fixing the horrible treatment I experienced. In the email, it was worded with concern, with interest in my experience.
This occurred near the end of June. As of today, the rude, nasty manager was still there. With the same nasty attitude towards not only customers but her staff.
So I ask, how seriously do they take customer complaints?
