Great food! We shared a chorizo queso. Really good - just the right spiciness and not too greasy. I had the California burrito for my entree. Delicious and huge. I ate less than half. My husband had the taco salad. It was on the small side but looked good. We will stop here again the next time we are passing through Santee.

First time today and it was excellent! Our Bartender, Miss Cinnamon was very gracious, considerate and kind. Our lunch was delicious and we enjoyed the fried ice cream 🍨 very much! Look forward to coming back 5 stars ⭐️

Delicious fajitas, wonderful service, right down the street from our hotel! Perfect for what we wanted for the night-tvs and the football game!

Sorry to say that Armando's has changed and not for the better. We ordered Fajitas on rice. They didn't have exactly that on the menu but they do have Fajitas and rice. The portions were not large and almost tasteless. We've had Fajitas on rice at another Mexican restaurant not too far from Armando's and it had become our "comfort" food so we knew what to expect. Not at Armando's. But the shock was when we were presented with the bill. We were charged for each thing. My husband got mixed, steak and chicken fajita. We were charged $18 for that plus $1.50 for peppers $1.50 for onions. Mine was chicken fajita so for the meat $13 and then the additional for the peppers and onions. When you order fajitas isn't it expected that it's seasoned meat plus peppers and onions? Why the additional charge? So for a tasteless meal plus tax it came to $41 . What a shock!! WE WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!

Take out for the Fire Department. Placed order in line @1030 am. Order was verified by 2 FF before placing order. Arrived at the restaurant at 1212 pm. Was told it be 10 minutes more to wait. Hostess was complete unfriendly and rude. Read the sign that said to check bag before leaving bldg. I tried but it tied so tight I couldn’t open the bag. I saw 3 containers so I took my order and left. Got a text from the FF that the order was all wrong. But I sure was charged for what I ordered not what I received.

Taco bell has better food. The guacamole dip was a puree you could suck through a straw. Very dirty, food was blah.

We dined in at 3PM on Super Bowl Sunday. The service was fine, except we were never asked how the food was. We had two orders of #61, the stuffed cheese quesadilla with chicken. There was maybe one teaspoon of cheese on the entire quesadilla and the chicken was very dry. It was by far the worst quesadilla I have ever had in my life. I know they were probably filling catering orders, but come on. There was no reason to have such a simple entree be SO bad.

The food was good and all but my issue came in when I ordered a lemon drop and it tasted like dish water with lemon i am not sure who’s hiring the bartender or if the manager is telling them girls to give us a pinch of liquor but something has to give them drinks are not cheap to be playing with the liquor!!!

Lately the drinks have been watered down and not good. This use to be my favorite place to unwind but it has definitely changed over the past few months. I still enjoyed the food though.

Stood waiting to be seated, as sign instructed and was never seated. There were lots of employees just standing around twiddling their thumbs but no one seating.

It was a good place to eat for a quick pitch stop driving on the highway. The side of salsa and Chips was my fav! The service was quick as they tried to serve during the busiest time of the day! Very courteous and welcoming.
