3 stars only because employees are normally pleasant to deal with. The food on the other hand has gone down in quality. Do NOT order the family sized meals. For what you pay you are NOT getting nothing close to the pictures or worth the money. Grilled chicken tenders are thin as paper, must be cutting one in half and selling it as 2. Also if picking up you better stay right there and check everything. Almost every time I order something is missing. Even has the assistant manager...
We had a wonderful experience eating breakfast for dinner. Our server was Betty and she was pure joy. The food came out faster than we anticipated and we devoured it without hesitation!
It's a Cracker Barrel. The good was fantastic when I went though and the service was pretty good. This is a smaller location so smaller shop. There was a very very VERY chatty cashier when I went to leave though and it delayed the checkout substantially.
