Arrived on a very busy Labor Day and was seated in less than 20”. The food was served quickly, hot and was perfectly delicious. The best iced tea and breakfast Ive had with incredible biscuits and blackberry jelly and cooked apples. This location is so impressive , we always love stopping here because the food, service and friendly staff just make you feel like family!!
I used to like the chicken and dumplings but this time when I ordered I couldn't eat it. It had black pepper on it which gives me bad heartburn 😥 I was very disappointed. There really is no need to add pepper when cooking because that's something that can be easily added by someone who wants it, but can't be taken off. What a waste of money 😡
Family stopped for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Place was mildly busy at the time, but we only had a short wait before we were seated. Our waitress greeted us shortly afterwards, and she was friendly and attentive throughout our dining experience.\n\nDespite getting a table quickly, it took nearly 40 minutes for our food to be prepared and delivered to the table. Chicken sandwiches were nicely cooked, but pancakes were a little overdone. Portions were rather lacking.
