This location sucks. Have came here NUMEROUS times and swore I'd never come back. Then I decided to try it once more. This is the most dysfunctional McDonalds I have ever experienced. People wait in the drive thru for half an hour at the least. Goninside and it's the same. But yet the workers are in there "cutting up" and laughing out loud obnoxiously. Then the food is brought out... and it's not ours. That happened 5 of the last 6 times. The management needs to be fires for running such a shitshow. I would advise somewhere else to eat.

I had to select 1 star to put in the review but I wouldn't give it any stars. The customer service from drive thru to getting the food was HORRIBLE! Couldn't understand the person on the speaker. They never said hello, thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Didn't even ask if I wanted anything else or if they were even giving me the correct order! Then she shut the window and threw away my receipt! Took 15 to 20 minutes to give us our 4 breakfast sandwiches so I just wanted to get out of there. And after all that, Biscuits were dry and there was only 1 piece of bacon on each sandwich! On top of all that, for some reason my app wouldn't load so I couldn't even use my coupon or get credit for the purchase in points.
We were traveling through Santee, but will make sure to avoid this place AT ALL COSTS in the future...

Every time I come here, the line is wrapped around the building and takes at least half an hour to get to the window. Doesn't matter what day or what time. Most of the time, something is missing from my order and half the time they make you park and wait some more once you finally do reach the window.

I am sadly able to say I waited an hour for a family meal of 5. This was the worst experience I have ever been at. I would rather wait in the carowinds lines more than this. I waited 40 minutes for my food, and when I got it, it was wrong. We were missing two sandwiches, and when we gave them the receipt they told us they didn’t have it, luckily we took a picture. It’s just sad how long it took for 5 sandwiches. I can handle 30, but an hour? This is dumb and this place should be shut down!
