Service at this location absolutely sucks. Took 20 minutes IN the drive thru to get two quarter pounders, a 6 piece nugget and two orders of fries. Never stopping here again.

I have been to this location twice. Both times the service was consistently rude and extremely slow. For fast food, I waited 35 minutes for a cheeseburger meal And a kids chicken nuggets meal. What? I received my meal, I asked for cups and she popped them on the counter, I asked for ketchup and so she grabbed a handful and tossed that on the counter. Once in the car, the fries were cold as were the nuggets.

Got here at 3:24 they asked us to park we could not get out of the line to park because there where two cars in front of us and cars behind us. We finally got to move into parking spot 1 and waited, went inside at 3:55 could not get one person to speak to us about our meal they all walked by like we were not there. All the pick up lines were full, very rude and it is 4:15 now and still trying to get our money back or food⊠stop taking orders if you canât fill them. Will never stop here again⊠Manager definitely didnât help the situation.

As I write this interview, this McDonaldâs has a 3.2 Google reviews rating. Iâm shocked itâs above a 3. We came through the drive through around 11:20am. The parking lot was full and there was a long drive thru line. Iâd also like to note Iâve worked in fast food before, both the front counter and drive thru window, so I do have some understanding from that perspective. At this location, it is not clear that there are two drive thru lines or if both are open or not. When we finally get up to the speaker to order our food, we wait longer to even give our order. When weâre finally asked for our order we order one classic burger, one small fry, two hot cafe mochas. We then see an entirely different order on our screen. We then get asked two more times for our order. Then the window counter person disappeared from audio again, and we saw another order thatâs not ours populating on the screen. This is not our first bad customer experience with McDonaldâs but itâs definitely the last opportunity Iâll give this chain. Iâm surprised this chain hasnât economically collapsed yet. If you donât properly train your employees, and have efficient processes in place, youâre not running a successful business IMO.

Iâve never been to a McDonaldâs and had The french fries served cold, overcooked, and unsalted until now. My husband was supposed to get nuggets with his meal and as he as paying for it, he asked for sauce, and the girl shut the window. I know she heard him. She was very soft spoken and not at all polite. We had to wait just a few minutes at the Front of the line and the gentleman who brought the food out used manners. The two sandwiches that were in there did not belong to us and there were no nuggets in the bag.I know itâs hard to find employees who give a crap about their job or the people that they are preparing and serving food for, but these folks definitely need some extensive training in food prep, bagging, and customer service! None of the kiosks are working currently either.
