Called in 30 minutes before hand and still waited another 30 minutes when I got there for a take out. Service was like I really don'tcare attitude. Pizza was not as good as Pizza huts pizzas in the past.

I love how diverse the environment is. So, there was a mistake with my order and I appreciate how the manager in the evening Eric tried to help me resolve this. I was able to go the next day to get my order redone all thanks to the GM Ashley Turner. She was prompt, professional, and had a great attitude about herself. She truly just want her staff to win, so I believe she may have taught her team honesty and great hospitality. She bought my order out to me but her eagerness to make things right in a timely matter is what I appreciated the most.I just need Pizza Hut Corporate to give our town of Santee’s a facelift and renovation it’s been years that I have seen a packed out Pizza Hut.

Spoke with regional manager, I think her name was Cindy or Carrie. She was at the Santee location when I spoke with her. Long story short, she glazed over the fact that a General manager asked me to go to an atm or cashapp her to pay for an order that they stated couldn't be voided out so I could pay for the whole order with my card. She stated the employee ended up paying for the shortage. I think this is wrong and unfair to that employee when the transaction could have been voided and rerung. On top of that, I should have never been asked to go to an atm or cashapp anyone at a Pizza Hut. Cindy really didn't seem to be concerned about this.
The help inside are so bad there always having a problem keeping people on .......I hate this pizza hut

Worst service I’ve ever encountered lady working the counter was lazy and got an attitude every time someone asked for something and lady in the back wasn’t wearing gloves while handling food

Given me the wrong food..then an hour later I get the right order and didn't get any remorse about the mistake or the delay..Then my wallet gets stolen right at the register while I'm checking my order to make sure it was right this time..and when I ask about my wallet no try to help or to look at the camera that night.
