We only went here because of the reviews. However our actual dinning experience was not close to that level at all. We both ordered steaks with baked potatoes. Side salad for starters. The salads took forever to come to the table. Then a few minutes later the main food course showed up. The steaks were cooked correctly however they both were about 30% inedible fat and hard cartilage. The baked potatos were not cooked all the way through and the bottoms burned. We only ate about half our meal. And the sour cream was separated with a watery mixture on the bottom of the cup. Then I ordered a piece of cake. $9.00 for a piece of cake. It was about 4 bites in size. We sent it back. Service was to long of a wait and the food was not worth the trip.

My steak was well seasoned and cooked to order unfortunately, my steak was tough and grizzly. Service was average and the price was reasonable.

My new favorite place! food was great the ribs were fall off the bone and really good ... my husband's salmon was awesome good drinks and the service wasd excellent

We was staying the weekend at Santee state park. After reading the reviews decided to give it a shot. The food was good but for the price there was hardly any food. I ordered the seafood platter the shrimp and flounder. It was almost 30 bucks for 7 shrimp and a tiny flounder filet. My wife ordered the ayce crablegs whick she said was good but you get 2 clusters then wait a really long time for them to bring 2 more clusters out despite the restraunt not being very busy. I.go.to the lake several times a year I'll be finding somewhere else to eat.

I was invited to Santee Steak & Seafood for all you can eat crab legs on Saturday. The food was delicious, the servers were attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. They even had live music! Although it is about an hour drive, I will definitely go back!!!!

We had scallops for an appetizer, cooked perfectly & delicious. I ordered the fettuccini alfredo with shrimp & my husband ordered the surf & turf with lobster. Everything was delicious with the exception of the lobster. It was chargrilled & had a heavy char taste neither one of us cared for. Excekkent service & good atmosphere. I recommend everything but the lobster.

She-crab soup was delicious, not too watery. Needed a little more crab inside. The service was fast, and the place was lively. Home-cooked meals.

First time visiting and the food, service, and atmosphere were really good. We sat on the outside patio area and it was nice. They had live music on the inside. The drinks were good too.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. First time ever eating here. Food come out at all different times we had a party of 6 and each person got their food at different times. we ordered a steak medium and it come super well burnt, lobster was burnt, music was extremely loud. Manger was completely rude. Im only giving one star cause I have to but this is the worst place to eat. Manager said we should have said something while we were eating, well kinda hard when the staff is all at a table talking and not working. Worst ever experience, do not eat here and waste your money. I usually dont write reviews however I wanted to share the horrible experience we had at this place.
