What a lovely Saturday morning experience! Rob made the best Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with our customized request. It was so good we had to circle back and order two more for the road. Thank you for such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and greeted with enthusiasm. We will definitely make this one of our stops when traveling through this area. Rob is amazing! Quinton was great. I didn't get all of the other names but such great vibes all around.

An older gentleman named Turret was extremely friendly to my partner and I. He made us feel extremely safe and welcomed in an unfamiliar place. As a Starbucks partner myself I appreciated this very much!

The hot chai my family order has no sweetener and milk was not frothed. They used a tea bag but you can imagine it is not consistent to other Starbucks. Similarly a London fog my mom ordered has no sweetener or steamed milk. Gathered they were busy I believe consistency is necessary in a chain! Especially if we are paying $10+ dollars :/

Drove from Manning to get a food item and a drink because the app said it was available. Get there and I’m told the food item isn’t available but the employee at the window is eating it while working. They did not say hello or anything they just pushed the tip screen out the window. Not very professional and the app is never updated on what items are available or not. I also don’t think it’s appropriate to be eating and talking to customers while eating at the window. Not happy with this visit.

Always out of food items that I try to order in the drive thru at different visits. I always order different things, weeks and months apart. Hit or miss on the food and drinks and what may be available when. Backside of parking lot sometimes has trash laying scattered and lots of potholes to drive through to get in to the shared entrance with the gas station. Workers are friendly and get the orders correct with fast service. Usually hardly ever a line or wait in the drive thru. Inside is nice. Outside seating available. Convenient in that it's located right off the entrance/exit ramp to I-95. If they could just do a better job keeping up with inventory/stocking needs and fix the entrance down by the road and tidy up behind the building where it looks abandoned by the interstate, it would be perfect.

Worst customer service… I had to wait for 7-10 minutes and no one cared to take an order. There were 3 people there but no one cared to attend a customer. We thought they might have a busy drive through and that’s y they were unable to attend but realized after coming outside the building that there was only one car! Worst service ever!

When you go inside they act like they don’t want your business. Extremely lack luster attitude, nearly makes you want to leave. Not a single ‘good morning’, not a ‘welcome’, not a ‘ hello, how are you doing’, nothing! Treat customers like that, and customers will leave. Management needs to retrain the team to be better at customer relations. It’s not like they’re real busy in the morning. No customers, and they act as though you’re not important. So sad.
