It was late, right before closing. Floor were dirty. People smoking right outside the entrance which was terrible, could not breathe. No one asked me if I needed anything, so I left without ordering.

Nicely kept Starbucks. Everything was good. The only thing I would add to this if they are reading is - add a garbage can by the front door. There was only one trash bin which was by the rear door. I only realized that when walking out the rectangular shaped lobby and had to walk all the way back.. nothing major.

Amazingly slow for just ordering 2 coffees. 20 minutes to get through the drive through since there were 2 cars in front of me. Ordered coffee with cream but received just black coffee. I should have just gone you the Exxon. It's faster and I can make it with cream. Wish I didn't have to tip before receiving the service.

Ordered ahead via app. Had to wait extra 20 mins for an undermixed chunky matcha with a side of attitude when we asked about the drink. Followed up with an “oops, we overlooked it” with more sass.
I get that there are situations where drinks get overlooked in the cue. I don’t get the rudeness and the poor execution of your mistake.
