Genuinely the worst service of all time from my box lid not being put on to not informing us that they replaced our drinks to being rude please shut down this location has half of the menu and changes your meal whenever they feel like it.

My fries were hot! Taco was ok. Very good, sweet tea! The bathroom was clean . They had the machines to get your order. I can't stand in machines. But the cashier did you take my order!

Too many times I've ordered something to take out and got home with an item missing. Since I order from the app for pickup they can't help. The corporate complaint gets ignored as well. I was supposed to get a refund for that missing item but of course I didn't. 😥

This taco bell was pretty generic, though it did have one of those self service kiosks. I'm not sure if these places are trained to ignore customers for a period of time, or if it just becomes habit. They did eventually come over and take my order but it took a while.

Placed a online order at 9:44 this morning to be picked up at 5:00 got there and they made the food at 10 in the morning and had it sitting out all day and it was obviously very cold so went up to the counter and asked for it to be remade and was told they couldn't do that it took threatening to call corporate to have the food remade and the food used was old and stale to remake my order I'm guessing she was a manager decided to get a attitude with not just me but also the customers behind me when she messed up their order as well like if its that much of a problem girl fast food ain't for you neither being manager find something else but with the food being out all day for everyone who makes a online order is one very unsanitary and two could make people sick I was a manager at bojangles so ik all to well about how food shouldn't be left out all day and after a hour or two should immediately be thrown out and its common sense to make food fresh not leave it out all day to make people sick and to get cold will never be going back to this one they need to find hire people who does their job right and not get a nasty attitude or shut it down very disappointed

I ordered 12 tacos (6 hard and 6 soft) for me and my family. Paid $22.99 for it. I got home and saw that my soft shell tacos only had meat and was super greasy. I opened up the paper for the hard shell taco and the shell were soft, they had meat, very little lettuce and a little bit of cheese. It’s not worth the money you have to spend. I’m very disappointed.

This is the second time i have done an online order and not all the food is there. You call the restaurant and get the voicemail. Never received a phone call back about the first time, and doubt ill get a call back for here. Wont be getting out $$ no more
