Using the order machine, didn't have items on the board menu. Had to go to cashier anyway. Point of the digital order machine? They were out of Dr.Pepper, wanted refund, slight attitude. Worse experience

Arrived at 8:43PM. Eating area had been cleaned and chairs were blocking entry. The Staff said the dining room was closed at 9. Debated with them that it was not yet 9. We ended up having to eat in the car. There was no diet coke either. Staff indifferent.

Very unprofessional management. It's not like this most of the time. You actually will find certain staff or manager out. When you are not happy with the food you paid for. Then you will see people true colors. Only thing the manager had to do is just fix the problem. Instead she rather try and intimated me with her eyes. But thanks to Corporate office, I got the problem resolved along with a free coupon. FYI if you don't like where you work. It's that simple found another job.

Drove 10 miles to get supper the new chicken Caseada it was slack in what they show in the ad, folded over when got it home only some chicken in two pieces and none in the other two at all very disappointed for what I got wasn't worth the money I can drive to manning and get better portions than what I was served not happy At all

Staying across the street at Hotel and walked across at 8:20pm Saturday night. They locked the lobby doors..... do not support this location and it's bad management. We did not have a car. They would not open the doors. 8:20pm. Management should be fired.

I usually receive great service when coming here but lately it has been 50/50. Went in & nobody was running the cash register. Nobody acknowledged me at all. It would’ve been common courtesy to say “hello someone will be with you in one moment”. They were more focused on drive thru. Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before I left. All I wanted was a freezie!
