I’m vegan and had veggie burrito and swapped the cheese sauce with enchilada sauce. The service was great and they accommodated my dietary restrictions very well! I will definitely be back.

Charging 18% gratuity for a take-out order. Yeah never again.
Well....I wanted to love the new Alazan like I did the old one, but no. I like the salsa bar. I very much dislike the 18% gratuity AUTOMATICALLY added to my bill. I usually tip well, but to remove my choice makes me no longer spends my money here. We've been going to Alazan for close to 15 years. So sad.
