I ordered some pretzel sticks and I got to my last pretzel just to find out. It was raw and doughy honestly do better. That was disgusting.

Service was slow but friendly. Burger tasted okay. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced and the HVAC intake filter was past due. We won’t be back.

Went in for dinner and the kid at the bar lacked customer service skills. If you don’t request anything he will not ask if you need anything else. Could have easily spent an extra $20-30 on drinks, but since he didn’t acknowledge me just decided to pay my tab and leave.
We always stop in at Applebee's. The bathroom is terrible,has not been cleaned for sometime. Sinks ,toilet, walls! Just unsanitary. I would hate to see the kitchen! My rule for restaurants, bad bathroom, bad kitchen, you lose my business. Our bill for 2 was about 80 dollars, the kid at the bar needed assistance, plenty of people standing around goofing off. Just terrible, another great restaurant going down hill because of lack of professional management.

Decided to give it a try tonight. Sat at the bar and waited over 50 minutes for our food before walking out. An appetizer plate and a salad!!!! No thank you. The hat will be our last trip to the Seneca location.
