Very disappointed. My order was completely cold—everything. I called and was told I could come back to have it fixed. When I returned, I was met with attitude instead of an apology, and to make it worse, they still left out some of the curly fries.
Mistakes happen, but the customer service was just as bad as the food. Not a great experience at all.

Everything is always great from here. I did get the potatoe cakes this time and a couple of them had stuck together and was not cooked soggy and cold. They had is and two other cars pulled up though and I think we were all waiting on the same thing.

I'm in the hospital across the street my brother cannot read or write he's handicapped he ordered 4 for $10 roast beef but instead they sold him2 of them and charge of the$ 9:31

Enjoying a fantastic burger at the Arby’s in Seneca. The manager gave me a free cookie and apologized for having to wait for my food. Honestly I didn’t think I had to wait very long. There is a McDonald’s across the street and if I received a cookie every time I had to wait a loooooong time there I would be on the cast of “My 600lb. Life”. I will definitely be coming here to eat more often.

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong. Something is ALWAYS missing. When you bring it to their attention, the treat you as if you’re stupid and have absolutely lost your mind. I’ve worked in fast food. The job doesn’t require one to have a masters degree. It’s really not that difficult to get someone’s order correct.

This is typically one of the better Arby's locations to visit. They usually get your food prepared fairly quickly and rarely mess up on your order. That's becoming more difficult to find in fast food today. The associates are generally friendly.
