Waited 45 mins for my food the staff was more focused on the drive thru the dine in food was cold as well there seemed like there was a lack of leadership if they had a little guidance I believe it would have run a lot more smoothly and the service would have been better

Worst, worst, worst chicken i have ever gotten from a Bojangles in the drive thru! KfC is better any day of the week and that's bad, than this chicken. This is not normal and I even called them to complain but no apologies or nothing. They said they knew the chicken was small pieces but yet they still charge you $17.00 for the 3 piece? I will not be going again for chicken. Maybe breakfast but not chicken. Ridiculous. Come on Bojangles! Get it right again! This isn't like your normal!

Manager just makes excuses why my wife stayed in line for 40 mins in drive through while customers walked in and ate and then she was late for work because they said they couldn’t reimburse the money she just spent so she had to wait , if you aren’t able to do the job right you shouldn’t be there

The WWE Combo was excellent, I had the Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries combo, and it was excellent. Two reasons for the 4 stars: they forgot my receipt, and they forgot the 2 sausage biscuits that I ordered. I paid $24.80 for those items, and never got those biscuits. Please don't forget those three items in the future.

We enjoy Bojangles for a quick chicken or breakfast biscuit. The food is always fresh and well prepared. I've never been disappointed.
Wheelchair accessibility: The lot is pretty flat and there's a ramp at the entrance and the restroom is accessible.
No greater feeling then driving 30 minutes, spending $20, just to get home and not even be able to eat your food because they can't make your food the way you ordered. So damn frustrating

I don’t think there’s been a single time this Bojangle’s has gotten my order right. Not enough chicken in the supremes combo, no sauce, no fries even after waiting an extra 5 minutes for them to cook… Seriously, just drive the extra few minutes to go to the one in Clemson.

I ordered the bird dog special with Bo-rounds. I was informed that the Bo-rounds had to be cooked and it would be a 5 minute wait. 20 minutes later I received my order and the Bo-rounds were fresh but the chicken in the bird dogs was cold. That visit was disappointing but I have had satisfactory visits to this location in the past

Biscuits weren't cooked all the way done. Took it back, and the one it was replaced with was just as doughy. The person taking our order wasn't proficient and kept getting confused on how to ring the order up. Last time I'll be going to that restaurant.
