Bojangles has it going on with their new Bo Rito. It was very good. It was like $7 but it was nice and big. It's like everything in a breakfast bowl rolled up in a tortilla. I'm ready for another one

My dad came in yesterday and his Food was made with no gloves by a lady with sores all around her mouth who got mad when asked to remake the food with gloves on even tho that’s how it’s supposed to be done anyways

Waited 45 mins for my food the staff was more focused on the drive thru the dine in food was cold as well there seemed like there was a lack of leadership if they had a little guidance I believe it would have run a lot more smoothly and the service would have been better

Worst, worst, worst chicken i have ever gotten from a Bojangles in the drive thru! KfC is better any day of the week and that's bad, than this chicken. This is not normal and I even called them to complain but no apologies or nothing. They said they knew the chicken was small pieces but yet they still charge you $17.00 for the 3 piece? I will not be going again for chicken. Maybe breakfast but not chicken. Ridiculous. Come on Bojangles! Get it right again! This isn't like your normal!

Manager just makes excuses why my wife stayed in line for 40 mins in drive through while customers walked in and ate and then she was late for work because they said they couldn’t reimburse the money she just spent so she had to wait , if you aren’t able to do the job right you shouldn’t be there
