The last several times we’ve came into this restaurant the cleanliness has been compromised ,food was room temperature, along with bad attitude from young employees, disrespectful and a bit arrogant.

Waited forever for 3 sandwiches and a fry. Ordered mayo and ketchup. Didn't get the ketchup. Didn't want to keep the line blocked to check my bag, because so many cars were waiting. At 930 at night!

Placed a mobile order. Arrived, waited in line. I got to the window and had to sit and wait on my order, which is unusual for a CFA. I didn’t mind waiting as I anticipated fresh hot food. Nope! Dry, lukewarm nuggets…very dry.

I try not to let things like this bother me, but every time I have been to this location in the past 6 months - the line has been wrapped around the building. It took me at least 30 minutes to get through the line the last time I went & that was using mobile ordering. Today, I ordered on the app again, when I got to the location I couldn’t even pull into the parking lot so I just immediately cancelled my order. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other chick fil a that I’ve been to.

Service is as fast as you can expect for how busy they always are and I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong. But WHY, in below freezing weather, do they make the employees stand outside to take drive-thru orders? Especially when there's a perfectly functioning intercom 5 feet away?? Extremely disappointing to see any restaurant (even fast food) treat their employees that way.

Customer service and the voicemail system is TERRIBLE at this location, to the extend I am thinking about COMPLAINING to customer HQ. Would not recommend at all. Atlanta locations I think are better likely.
