Service needs improvement. I have yet to come to Seneca chic fil a, and not be told to pull over to a parking spot. I only eat salad from chic fil a, and not one time in 2 years of living here have I been able to just get my food and go. 🙄

We stopped by to grab some breakfast this morning and there were some technical difficulties so they had to take everyones order at the window. While it was a little slower than usual when we got to the window we were greeted by a smiling face. The Manager on Duty a woman was so friendly and just hanging up the phone from the tech support people. Crisis has been reverted. While I didn't catch her name I knew I had to write a review. It is easy to let hiccups in technology and the pressure of a wrapped drive thru effect your mood. This manager was still so sweet and very kind and positive to all her crew. A leader who can stay positive and calm in crisis is worth it all. She will go far with that attitude and demeanor. Bless her and all those who are lucky enough to work for her.
Food was good & kids love to play however someone needs to do a deep clean inside the slides. They are really disgusting.

The manager Jessica is the worst, she’s rude and unprofessional and very condescending. She’s not willing to be helpful to customers which is the whole purpose of being a manager. Just horrible. This is my experience just from a phone call I will never visit this location.
