We stopped by to grab some breakfast this morning and there were some technical difficulties so they had to take everyones order at the window. While it was a little slower than usual when we got to the window we were greeted by a smiling face. The Manager on Duty a woman was so friendly and just hanging up the phone from the tech support people. Crisis has been reverted. While I didn't catch her name I knew I had to write a review. It is easy to let hiccups in technology...
My kids love going to this CFA. The playground is clean and the food is always fresh. With so many places closing their indoor play area, I'm thankful this site has kept theirs open. Yes, I've had to wait while it was being cleaned, but it's worth it to know they are keeping it clean. Thanks for making this a place I can consistently bring my family.
A little disappointed in this branch. Normally they do great and are able to accommodate for 3rd shift workers. However, when I state twice that I want a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and fruit, for healthier eating, and get a bun and fries instead that's a little annoying. I get it if it's something minor like the wrong drink size or every now and then. However recently, it's been nearly every time. I think perhaps it's something in how the system is programmed...
