This used to be a strong 5/5, but I've seen the staffing shortage affect Dienners in a way that is more noticeable than other buffets locally. The food really does rock, though some days it seems to run salty. It's like Thanksgiving every day. The big issue is that I wouldn't recommend ever going if you're getting there any more than 90 minutes before close at minimum. I understand why they let things run out near the end of lunch, but it's sad to get there and find the bread filling is practically gone and the soups are done, when getting there with an hour left in a place that closes a 2:00.

It was my first time dining here and is probably my last time since it’s about to close. The breakfast was so good. Our server was sweet and kept checking on us.

My fiance and I ate a wonderful meal here its really more home cooked vibes than anything else but their honey mustard was quite delightful and as a plus they had a large assortment of food/desserts plus ice cream which I am a huge fan of if you enjoy home cooked food/ country style meals definitely eat here!!

The food was decent. But, if you're not comfortable with a religious establishment, I wouldn't recommend coming here. I was surprised as it wasn't obvious on Google, outside the establishment, or at first glance coming inside. Christian music, all Christian decor, even praying hand place mats. All staff wore skirts and were obviously religious. We clearly stuck out from the crowd and couldn't wait to finish and leave.

They have lost their shine. Great service as always, but food was very poor. Hope they can bounce back after hard times

Went for the breakfast buffet and was not disappointed. Good sized building and parking lot. Interior was very clean and inviting. Hostess and server were smiling and polite at every interaction. From the buffet I tried the eggs, sausage links, fried corn mush, bacon, biscuit with 2 different gravies, scrapple and half an apple fritter. All good but I have to call out the biscuit and gravies. That was a great biscuit and the pepper gravy and dried beef gravy were more flavorful than I've had in a lot of places. There was a ton of stuff I didn't get to this trip, like the fruit, oatmeal, pancakes and more that all looked good too.

Amazing breakfast buffet! So many choices the only problem is that my appetite filled up before I could try them all. Great dining experience.

Buffet is great, as always. Service is very good. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues like many others, they have had to reduce their hours of operation.

The custard filled bismarks are HUGE! The blueberry cake donuts were tasty! Friendly service. Definitely a hidden gem.

We stayed at Lakeside Lodge when visiting the area. Since they only serve breakfast on weekends, we needed to find someplace. I enjoy non touristy local places and I was so happy to find this one!! We found that it is Amish, a very reasonably priced breakfast buffet, and good, REAL food. There are little gift items and books for sale, as well as the inspirational, beautiful, artwork on the walls. Get there early - it was packed with locals!!
