So, this was my first time trying out the Dimas Brothers Cafe. Let me tell you, don't skip out on this gem. I got the Cajun Burger yesterday and it has me wanting more. The flavors and cheese pull on this burger is unmatched. The meat was flavorful, the onions, peppers, and sausage were sautéed perfectly!
I got my order to go, so I could only imagine eating it fresh in house.
The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I certainly look forward to going back for more.

We went for breakfast. Had a short wait. I ordered the Lesson and my daughter ordered the French toast. Adequate portion size for cost. Grits are really good, eggs cooked correctly. French toast with berry compote was really good!
