My girlfriend and I stopped in for an early dinner one Monday. The restaurant was fairly empty but had a friendly, almost calm atmosphere. The waitstaff was very attentive as we were seated immediately.
The restaurant was clean as can be and our waitress brought us our chips and salsa as she took our drink order.
The chips were good and fortunately for my gf the salsa was very mild( I prefer hot enough to peel paint).
I had the carnitas plate and she had the pollo fundido. I opted for tortillas de maíz to accompany my entree. They were perfect not soggy as I've had at other establishments. The carnitas were fried to perfection and not at all greasy or fatty, a sign of quality. The refried beans were typical but plentiful as was the rice.
My usually picky gf was all smiles as she dug into her plate.(We both left with boxes).
Overall a nice friendly restaurant that only lacked my one favorite dish from their menu... tacos de lengua. It's understandable as it's not for casual diners.
We left knowing we will be back.

Food was good, our waitress was a sweetheart, but the restaurant was too warm to enjoy lunch.

Temps are either super warm, or chilly. Karaoke was fun to listen to. Food portions vary, but tasty. Bathroom experience was not the best for my husband.

We eat here typically for lunch every other week and it’s always consistently delicious, fast and affordable. Stopped by for dinner tonight and again hot, delicious and fast cost was as expected for 2 meals and 2 sodas. The staff are always so kind and attentive. If you’re looking for family friendly their brightly colored dining room makes for a fun dining experience. I highly encourage everyone to try them out.

Didn't have any flavor. Salsa tasted like it was made by an american.

Stopped in here on a whim as it was way past lunch and we needed to eat something. We tried four different tacos all of which were good. Salsa has really great flavor. Server was awesome. Beer was cold. If I lived here, this would be my goto Mex place. Good job guys.

We went here to celebrate my granddaughter 5th birthday and she was so excited because it's one of her favorite places to eat besides Waffle House. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour to receive our orders although we were there before 6p...apparently parties of 8 or more are more appreciated here than your regular locals I suppose. And not only did they not serve our food over an hour late..they forgot to bring the kids plates first and my daughter had to remind then of what they did order. Very disappointed and my
granddaughter 5th birthday ruined here.

Food was really good. It was Cinco de Mayo so they were busy and our server had a lot of tables...this made service slow.
