Update: Manager really stepped up and took care of the situation for me without me having to call them or anything. Once again the food is freaking awesome and knowing that the manager truly cares about their customers will take me back to this particular Fatz over and over. We stopped in quick and sat at the bar to enjoy drinks and appetizers. Our server/bartender was Jessie and she ROCKS! Great food, amazing drinks and service with a smile!! We will definitely request her EVERY TIME WE COME!!
Food was worth it for the price but still not great, although for sure still good. It took a while, but we were ordering 5 meals and there were at least 5 other groups of 4-6 people so it makes sense, but a 45 minute wait is still a 45 minute wait.Service was very kind and helpful, although unfortunately just a bit understaffed.Atmosphere is pretty bland, to be honest.
