The lettuce tasted bad the it was full of mayo, was not toasted. It was a horrible sandwich. I would say the lettuce had not been switched out probably been there all day. People can get sick. I would say lazy employees! The place was filled with smoke, probably the exhaust was not working.

Normally the cashier is friendly and helpful. Today a young lady, who according to our receipt was Ceanna,was very short and rude. We were surprised. None of the tables were wiped off. It's 1:46 pm. Not very busy, but we're waiting quite a while on two sandwiches. Took 30 min to get our sandwiches and they had not made our fries. We ordered at 1:25, just got sandwiches at 1:57 less the fries. Trash can was overflowing for a while before being taken out.

Called order in, they said to give them 10mins,takes 15 minutes to drive,went in and paid for order,waited 20 minutes and asked another guy when it would be ready, he said it was sitting behind the counter, if going to get cold subs might as well go to subway

Firehouse in Seneca always make me feel welcomed...My food is always good! I had to edit my review, because I came in December 12th and some white lady with the big gages in her ear, and nose pierce is rude and nasty. The place was filthy, so apparently they don’t clean during their down time.

This Seneca location use to be very good. Customer service is poor and they can never get our order right. I have a family of 5 so it’s very frustrating when I speed $80 and the order is wrong every time. Wait time is always long with only one or two customers inside. Most of the tables are ALWAYS dirty. New management would help a lot!!
