Today I ordered a Standard platter for a family in Seneca. The family called to thank me and tell me how perfect everything was on the tray and order. They could tell that the team that made the order and subs paid attention to details and everything was perfect. Thank you Firehouse Subs Seneca for this awesome experience. Absolutely Trash I Have Had 5 Different Orders Stolen From This Location The Girl With Pink Hair Could Care Less I Waited 40 Minutes Before She Even Came Up To Tell Me They Let Someone Steal My Order At One Point I Watched Her Count Out 5 Dollars In Change From Her Pocket Who Is The Owner They Can't Be Making Any Profit

I asked if they had an allergy process for celiac, and they said they did. I told them i was celiac so cross contamination is a big issue. Thankfully I watched them make my sandwich step by step. Attempt 1 they used the shared mayonnaise from the regular bread. Attempt 2 they were about to use the shared lettuce, but i caught them before. This is why I rarely eat fast food that is a chain restaurant. She did apologize, but nevertheless very disappointing. The sandwich itself was delicious, but if there is an actual process they either don't follow it correctly or it needs revamped quite a bit. Moral of this story, if you have any allergy be very cautious and advocate for yourself as much as possible.

The young guy at the register was very helpful. Manager was yelling at him so much that everyone in the restaurant turned to look. Went to pick up our order from the counter the African American lady slung our trays on the counter with an attitude when we asked about our pickles that were missing. We go to get a table and all the 4 seater tables were dirty and it’s only 11am. There is total tension in this place.
