Spent & $8.50 or so on a junior cheeseburger I could have gotten at a gas station, it does not include fries or any other side nor a drink. Got a milkshake thinking it was cool to add bacon to it. They burned the bacon with a vengeance. Would be better to buy the real pieces bacon off the shelf and add to a milkshake. Won't be dining here until I won the lottery. Maybe.

This particular location had 3 out of the 5 burgers for my order was inaccurate. Missing items on burgers.. bacon, raw onions instead of grilled onions and mushrooms.
Not a great experience... and they were not crowded. Also didn't seem to care about order being inaccurate.

Fast and good. Consistent as usual. Staff here is very cheerful and attentive and they always keep a clean store. I have been here about half dozen times and each time has been the same.

They greeted me upon walking in! It's always SO much food, but it's prepared (and served) in a timely manner! It was a nice day, so I sat outside, ate, & read my book.

The food is not only delicious you get plenty of it. Fries a plenty and the burger was not thin and small like other fast food places. But what impressed me most of all was how the staff took time to make me feel appreciated. So helpful and unlike other fast food they made sure I had everything I wanted and had a nice conversation with my granddaughter.

Made an account just so I could say this. Seems like they've lost a lot of their good crew, the guy with knife tatto on his arm, and the guy who had the yin/yang tatto are no longer there and since they've left the overall quality and atmosphere has seemed to drop dramatically. Its a shame when a place looses good workers who make the establishment an enjoyable place to visit.

Burgers taste amazing but the fries need to be crispier. When you ask them to do it they either won’t do it and say they did or give you the “it’s not the 5 guys way” which is crap. If a paying customer tells you they want something a certain way, you do it without commentary or excuses.

Peanuts are still offered for free which is good because the price point for the meal you get is on the higher side.

Overall it’s not a bad place to eat, but there are improvements that can be made if you are going to charge $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink.

If there is a Five Guys nearby, I will always choose them versus other fast food places. The quality of the food is better and the service is friendly. Also, the restaurant is always clean and tidy.

Staff is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes nice sometimes in their own world. Food is always good but sometimes very slow.
