Went today to get dinner today 10/15/25 . Arrived at 8:31pm. The guy inside decided he didn’t want to take my order and told me he was closed. They don’t close until 9pm.

Service wise I have never been more disrespected in my life. There is a manager guy with long greasy hair that you have to watch out for. They missed most of my order and flat out told me that I didn't. I had to pay for my food twice. This will be the last time that I ever step foot in this store. I'd rather drive to Westminster for better serve.

The food is awful, im so disappointed. My order was a mushroom and Swiss burger. Generally I have loved them. The mushrooms tasted burnt, the bread dry and old. Yuck. I couldn't eat it all. The frys were good, drink was good, customer service was good. The sandwich was 😝, disappointing

Does not pay attention you will not get everything in your bag most of the time you don't find out till you're all the way down the road then you have nothing to eat with I won't be back this is my 5th time not being satisfied getting down the road not being able to eat my food drive-thru is horrible

I went through the drive-through Sunday morning, December 1 before church. I asked for two light biscuits and they gave me two dark biscuits. The chicken was also fried hard and dark. The white lady with the missing teeth at White she was aggravated and the black dark lady at like she had an attitude, because I asked for biscuits and asked for my money back and told them to keep the food to the food was not for me and I would not be going back to that establishment! They need to close. The only thing that’s keeping them afloat is breakfast. That’s because the Elderly people that no longer cook.
I been going to Hardee's for over 20 years and over time they have gotten more and more expensive and with that common sense dictates that the quality should be better and honestly that's not the case especially for the so called most important meal of the day the burgers are fine I'm here to discuss the biscuits they are thin dry and if you get a bacon egg and cheese the egg is almost non existent and all you can taste is the dry bread I'm not here to bash anyone I love Hardee's and want to see them succeed this is constructive criticism nothing more as customers we pay more we don't expect more these days BUT the quality should at least be consistent with the price and I keep coming back thinking to myself maybe it's just new person and things will improve but so far nope that's why I'm here ....love ya Hardee's but we need to be better it benefits everyone there is nothing better than a good well built Hardee's biscuit in the morning I miss those days
