The music is so loud today (2:30 pm on Monday 19 January 2026) that the young man was getting very irritated with me getting very irritated with him because neither of us couldn’t hear. I’ve never once had a bad experience in here but today was enough for me to not care to return.

It's really small and they could use more tables, not that they have room for them though. However, their sandwiches are really good.

Terrible slow! Ordered 45 minutes ago…Guess what? They just started making it. I will never come back. The short black lady very unprofessional and disrespectful with me and others.

Awful service, no respect, just want tips without sincere treatment like machines, I had to repeat what I want to 3 different employees they absolutely heard exactly what I said. Pay attention to what customers say. My family owns 2 restaurants in NC also.

Ordered a sub by phone. Went to pick it up and waited 5min before anyone acknowledged us at pick up window. Waited 15 more minutes and a worker told us to pull up because cars were behind us. We pulled up and waited 15 min more. My husband went in and they said we need to go back around thru the drive through. We are not pleased needless to say.

The Italian sandwich was not eatable way to much vinegar and oil. It absolutely ruined my shirt trying the first and only bite I took. Called the store and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. First and only time I will go there..

No idea why this place has such low reviews. I eat here at least once a week and have never had an issue. One of my favorites is the club sub mikes way with jalapeños! I love Jersey mikes subs!

Went here on a whim.... Something about a cash back promotion with my bank. Really enjoyed our meal the meat was freshly cut and the bread seemed toasted

Food was as expected, very clean store. Owner needs to tell employees not to make fun of customers when they leave the store. We were eating, and elderly man came in, he had several questions, ordered and left. A couple of the employees made fun of him, laughing saying he was a little off and wondering how he was driving. We probably won't be back to this location.
