The actual pizza at Joe’s pizza is absolutely 5-star. It’s our favorite pizza without question. Eating in is nearly always a great experience. Ordering takeout online, we’ve had consistently bad experiences with the Chow Now app they use for online ordering. It’s tempting to use the app because they send out email coupons, but the hassle and aggravation make it not worth it for us to order online.

Went for lunch. They had a buffet, but that's not what i wanted. I ordered a calzone. The bread to filling ratio wasn't great. Way to much bread, but the marinara that came with it was delicious. Their meatballs in marinara was easily the winner. Absolutely perfect.

I went there today for the first time. When I got home I found part of my order was missing. So I had to drive once again half way across town to pick up the rest. Once at home again we started eating and about half way through I found a black hair in my food. Needless to say, first time trying this restaurant will be my last .

The pizza we had was delicious!True East Coast flavor. We spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he puts a lot of TLC into making his pizza dough, using only the best top quality ingredients, and makes his sauce daily!

Time to give Joe’s an updated review.I’ve been a fan of this place since we discovered Lake Keowee 20+ years ago. It was great then when it was located by the movie theater on rte 123 and it’s great now at its new location. We have many fond memories of this place with the family eating their largest pie after a busy day on the lake!I order a meatball sub, a maple old fashioned. Sub was perfect. Just like New York! The cocktail was a bit too sweet but the bartender addressed that quickly and I could have been any happier.After my trauma at Carolina pizza of walhalla (see last review) a few weeks ago; it was nice to be treated well and served a great hot meal. And btw, yes they still give you a bag of chips with your meal!

My husband and I stopped in one night, he was craving pizza and I wanted a salad. We loved this place. I got the Antipasto salad, he got a Supreme pizza and medium wings. All was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
