Placed an online order for pickup. When the tracker said our food was ready we went inside to grab it off the shelf. They had not even started making it. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead online.

Me and my husband got a 3 piece chicken tender meal 1 with macaroni and cheese and the other with mashed potatoes And the chicken was soooooo gross đ¤˘đ¤Ž You can't chew it, its rubbery And burnt I will never go back Spent almost $19 dollars for that
Please hire more people for the evening shift. I had to watch these 2 workers do most of it by their self. The manager was doing their best, but it was packed and the other employee didn't know everything. I understand we live in tough times and to be clear most places in Seneca have a quality issue, but I witnessed several refunds for orders in my relatively short 20 minute wait for 12 biscuits and a large mashed + gravy. I was lucky to get my food pretty fast didn't order chicken, but seeing these workers so frantic handling as best they can and still having to deal with people who are upset because they don't have the staff to run the restaurant is sad to see. My food was great.

Do not dare order for pick-up at the window. Go inside and look at the food before you pay or you will regret it! I ordered some chicken strips , wife picked em up. All were super dark brown. Either heavily overcooked or a week old . For a manager to allow food like this out the door/window is gross and a possible health safety issue

They have unfriendly employees. One gave me an attitude when I asked nicely for plates. It was a younger white woman. Most of the time they don't know that an online order has been placed. You have to wait a couple more minutes for the order. The large mashed potato that I last ordered was just half full. The chicken was so small! This place is horrible!

Placed an online order. Showed up at the listed time for it to be ready. Went through the drive through to pick it up. Was told it would be 4 minutes for the chicken to be ready and to park and wait. After 20 minutes went inside to check on the order status and they hadnât even started on it. They said they didnât even know our order was waiting to be filled. Waited an hour on some low grade âfast foodâ fried chicken. Wonât be coming back.

All KFC food is tasty. Would have been nicer if the chicken bits in the Famous Bowl would have been crispy. But the great KFC flavors were there. Kind of modest and compact restaurant, but serviceable. Hard working staff.
Just dont go guys. Its not worth it. Employee was rude argued about giving me Napkins and sauce was on her phone should be fired.

Came in today for the buffet,usually it is very good,today they had no buffet at all because of being short handed. Very disappointing,but we ordered the chicken tenders special and it was awful. French fries so salty couldn't taste anything else,Chicken tenders not good.
