I went to KFC 1/17/26 and the manager Anna was beyond understanding and kind .She really deserves so much more than what she makes. She was running the drive thru ,front counter and making food all while managing to stay polite and relaxed while also keeping her workers from feeling pressured. You my girl are chick fil a material. 🙌🏻

So much disappointment even tho it was actually really good food. I made an online order, arrived approximately 8 minutes before my estimated completion time. 45 minutes later I finally get my food. This is now the second time within a month, but a similar situation has Happened with this location The staff that were on shift (two of them) Did see that they were trying their best to fill the dinner time rush orders. It’s someone just trying to get a quick meal for his family. I would go almost anywhere else at this point if I wanted to spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting on food, I would go to Longhorn.

YT Censors All “YT Censors All”

Says they close at 10:30 PM… I rolled up at 10 PM and no one even answered me at the drive-through. I saw two people inside cleaning completely Ignore me. One even looked at me and walked away. Call the corporate complaint line for all complaints for this location.

I gave them 1 star for the poor employees who were trying, but not enough help. We waited 30 minutes only to find out our order was bumped. We did get our money refunded since they still had no chicken prepared. Last time going here.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years and I did see they only had 2.9 stars but this is the only KFC near me so I gave it a shot.
As you can see in the photos, this is what $52 gets you! The slaw was sour, the corn was completely dried out and you can see the gravy and chicken in photo.
There were 5 employees and zero customers but I still had to get their attention because they never even seen me walk in the lobby.
A restaurant doesn’t get this bad overnight. It takes a while to fill a business with this many employees who don’t care about people’s health or that they’re spending their hard earned dollar for slop.
How has DHEC not shut this down?!?

Worst KFC I've ever been to! Straight up lied to me in the drive through, told me they never had root beer, when I called her out on it she changed her story. Out of everything except extra crispy and there was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive through. Went here twice both times they got my order wrong! Chicken was old and dried up! Terrible! Drink was 3/4 filled and barely had any ice, I would say bare minimum but they didn't even meet that! Any 5 Star reviews for this place is a fake review!

I had forgotten my wallet and was going to get lunch using a gift card I had in my car for several weeks. I thought there was $15 on the card, but there was only 10 the young lady at the drive-through window took care of the remaining balance, thank you KFC That was really nice. I really appreciate it.

The Gm fixed my whole order over when only part of it was messed up ..She was very kind and even threw in a dessert...she just recently took over here and the place looked cleaner inside and she seems to care..ill be going back she is doing great and so is her staff

I went to pick my order up and I got the wings. The wings taste awful because the oil in the fryer needs to be changed. I am disappointed and I have called like 3 times no answer. I would like fresh wings cooked in fresh grease.

if i could give it a zero star i would but it makes me give a one star. customer service is horrible. you can’t even call the store without being sent to voicemail and can only talk to someone when you call 2-3 times. while their doors and google say they are open till 10-10:30pm try to place a order at 9:30 tell me they don’t have it cooked or they can not help me because they will only serve what they cooked instead of their full menu. will be going to the one in clemson from now on.

Placed an online order for pickup. When the tracker said our food was ready we went inside to grab it off the shelf. They had not even started making it. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead online.

Me and my husband got a 3 piece chicken tender meal
1 with macaroni and cheese and the other with mashed potatoes
And the chicken was soooooo gross 🤢🤮
You can't chew it, its rubbery
And burnt
I will never go back
Spent almost $19 dollars for that
