They have unfriendly employees. One gave me an attitude when I asked nicely for plates. It was a younger white woman. Most of the time they don't know that an online order has been placed. You have to wait a couple more minutes for the order. The large mashed potato that I last ordered was just half full. The chicken was so small! This place is horrible!

Placed an online order. Showed up at the listed time for it to be ready. Went through the drive through to pick it up. Was told it would be 4 minutes for the chicken to be ready and to park and wait. After 20 minutes went inside to check on the order status and they hadn’t even started on it. They said they didn’t even know our order was waiting to be filled. Waited an hour on some low grade “fast food” fried chicken. Won’t be coming back.

All KFC food is tasty. Would have been nicer if the chicken bits in the Famous Bowl would have been crispy. But the great KFC flavors were there. Kind of modest and compact restaurant, but serviceable. Hard working staff.
Just dont go guys. Its not worth it. Employee was rude argued about giving me Napkins and sauce was on her phone should be fired.

Came in today for the buffet,usually it is very good,today they had no buffet at all because of being short handed. Very disappointing,but we ordered the chicken tenders special and it was awful. French fries so salty couldn't taste anything else,Chicken tenders not good.

I was there for over 15 mins waiting on my drive thru. I was the first one in line. No one else was in the drive thru nor waiting. They told me to pull up to wait on fries. When I went in after 10 mins. They told they was now getting to my order that they had to clear the drive thru. I was like I was the first one in line in the drive thru. I will never be going back there again. very unprofessional management. Also drove thru had his phone in his hand and didn’t really seem to care about his job at all.
Ordered online to take to a family that had just lost a member. The food was supposed to be ready at 5:15 pm, over an hour after I placed the order. I walk in at 5:13 and decided to order 3 more side dishes. After placing that order, I inform a man that is attending the drive thru that I have an online order. He can't find my name in the system, a few minutes later he sees it. I keep watching orders get placed at the drive thru and inside the restaurant. These orders are placed and filled. I'm thinking may my chicken is still cooking (I placed a somewhat large order). At 5:38 I'm telling the drive thru guy that it's been nearly 30 minutes and I'd really like to have my food. He mumbles something that I don't understand, but still no food. I try to show him my email that says my order will be ready a 5:15 but he won't look at it. Finally at 5:43, the front cashier (that took my sides order) hands me several bags of food. I ask him if my additional sides are in there, they are NOT. So I wait a few more minutes for that. The sides are handed to me, no "thank you" or "I apologize for the wait". I filled out the survey from my email and I explain why I'm not satisfied. Two days later I get an email that basically says, we'll try to do better next time. Haha, there will never ever be a next time

What a joke. I ordered online and it said my order was ready at 6:15. I arrived there on time and ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes before I was able to leave the store with mostly what I ordered. It was bad because people that ordered after me received their food and it was the same thing that I was waiting for.
Darryl was helpful, but he can't be expected to do every job on his own.
