Went through the drive through at 6:50 pm and no one answered so we went to the window and saw someone but they looked at us and completely ignored us. They were not busy at all and we saw around 4 people walking around and each one of them ignored us. We tired a second time and they still ignored us. Terrible service.

I queued up to pay, the waiter was slow, the fried chicken was still empty after waiting for 20 minutes, what's the point of having a buffet with such slow efficiency? No wonder the rating is low, $13.77 per person for me to eat air.

We went for dinner and ordered the 8 piece with 3 sides. They only gave me 4 pieces. On the sides, I asked for a substitute, and the employee said I could. When I got my sides, none of them were what I asked for. I was a bit disappointed. I gave it a three because the food I got was still good and the employees were very friendly. I would go back, but next time I will check all of my order, BEFORE we leave.
If I could give them a 0, I would. I ordered 2 boxes of 16 piece friend chicken and someone stole.my order. I ordered online for a pickup at 430p and when we got there, they couldn't find my food. The lady at the window said that she saw where I ordered it, but couldn't find it and couldn't make me more because she had no cook there. I then asked for a refund and she said that I had to talk to someone above the main manager to help me with that. She did apologize but still couldn't find my food. How does this happen? Why couldn't they refund money? Thankfully, my husband video recorded the conversation and took a picture of the woman we were talking to as proof. They owe me almost $70 and I want my money.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready when we got there to pick it up. Other was not ready and was told it would be twenty minutes. I called to cancel my order and ask for a refund and the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I would love to speak wit the manager or owner of this restaurant.
