Went to pick my 36.00 order and only had a 50.00. They told me they can’t accept it, make that make sense. They would rather loose inventory than make a customer happy and take their legal currency. I’ll take my business elsewhere that takes higher bills. Maybe spend a couple bucks on a marker or a machine to test the bills.

Have to say first off ive been ordering from this location for 3 years and have been satisfied it was our go to pizza delivery place untill in the last 6 months ive ordered at least 10 times and not once has my order been correct, missing items , sauces , tonight i even put additional instructions on delivery to make sure all sauces were there and listed , and still arrived wrong , called the store and the managers says they cannot fix it that tere driverd leaves at 7 , but they delivered me the pizza and wings and cheesy bread witth no sauces again for the 5 th time strait, well im done with anymore chances done with marcos ,deleting their app ! Incredibly poor service when you spend over 50 and 60 bucks every time you order and dont get what you order !!! DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!! THANK YOU!

We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered by door dash (because that’s what they’re doing these days)only to find out someone came into the store and picked them up and stole them!!! Door dash lady arrives and has nothing to pick up. She tried really hard for us but MARCOS wouldn’t do anything about it!!! We were good customers of theirs… We will be disputing the charge with visa and you will get nothing! And we will NEVER buy another pizza from you again. This is the second or third time delivery gas been screwed up. Get your delivery service straightened out. People walking in and claiming they’re picking up pizzas to deliver?!

I've ordered from marcos many, many times over the last 4 years of living at my current address. Ordered today and now they are refusing to deliver to my address, which is only 10 minutes from their business. When told that they've delivered here before. I was just told it's outside of their delivery range. Will be taking my business else where from now on. If I could just go in person, I would have. Very disappointed at the lack of care from this establishment.

I ordered two pizzas tonight after working a 12 hr shift. I paid 30 something dollars for the pizza and the one pizza I had a custom one and half my toppings I paid for weren’t on it and the crust as you can see in the pic was the majority of the medium pizza. The large pizza I ordered was smaller than it usually would be. It was basically the same size as the medium pizza. I was super disappointed when I got home and discovered what a shab of a meal I had purchased. I called and the manager was super rude and did nothing to keep me as a customer so they have officially lost a customer. I hope your happy MARCOS…you ruined my night.

Every single time I have ordered from them it has been AWSOME! The salads the pizza is very very good!!!! As most places change and isn’t as good as the first few times, not here….great every time .

Idk what the cashiers problem is… but she just looks like she hates life and had a really bad attitude problem. Whoever it was idk her name. 4pm on 12/30. Definitely not a good experience.

Have discovered that if a pizza is on sale, the quantity of toppings will be reduced. The greater the price reduction, the sparser the toppings.
They must be struggling for employees and started using Door Dash for deliveries. We have had deliveries be 45 minutes late, and pizzas are usually luke-warm even when on time.
I can stop buying discounted pizzas, but I wish there was a way to determine if a Marco's employee was delivering BEFORE placing an online order.
