Decided to try out this location for our weekly pizza because we had a school fundraiser “coupon”. The (supposed) general manager (Kayla) was very rude and treated my wife like a liar and a criminal for asking to use it. (A total of $2 off) pizza wasn’t bad but the customer service was horrible. Will not be using again.

Friendly and fast service. I ordered at the counter and didn't mind waiting but the young man told me 10 minutes and didn't take a minute longer. The pizza is cooked right and tastes like a Marcos cheese pizza should. I don't know about some of the other complaints but tonight they were on their game for sure.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location. For years the service and food have been fantastic. But not as of late. For example, ordered a pizza for delivery tonight about 6:30. I got it about 8:30. I’m pretty sure it was baked about 6:45. Nothing like cold pizza to please guests. Thanks Marcos!!!!

Ordered two pizzas—one was a meat lovers that was supposed to have ham on only one side and the other was the white cheesy and was to only have onions on one side of the pizza. When it got to the the office, low and be hold it was all ham and all onions. I called up there and told them I couldn’t eat lunch now and was laughed at by the girl who answered the phone; she then put me on hold for about 10 minutes and when she come back I was told I could get a credit or they could remake it. Well I couldn’t go back seeing as my lunch break was over and I honestly didn’t want a credit to a place I wasn’t sure I would go back to. I was put back on hold and when she come back said I could get a refund. I told her that would be nice. Said she refunded me. It’s now been 3 days and still no refund and they will not answer me when I call about it. Worst place ever.

Ordered two large pizza’s one with just extra cheese and mushrooms and one with pepperoni and sausage. Well the extra cheese and mushroom pizza was a very thin no extra cheese I called and told them about it took it back and they said it was fine. But I told them it wasn’t but they wouldn’t correct the problem. We have eaten at this Marco’s one time a week since they opened and never had this problem. This will be my last time there.wow owner response to go to a different web site and when you do takes you back to ordering online!!! Very bad place!!!! Sorry response to a complaint.

With all the pizza places around this one is bout as bad as pizza hut right up the road Joe's ain't that good either peppinos was the best one around now that it's gone we don't really have good pizza anymore unless you wanna drive all the way to Long Creek to your pie or Clemson at Mellow mushroom sad but true

I only order pizza here anymore. The workers are great and easy to talk to. Food is always good!
Went to pick my 36.00 order and only had a 50.00. They told me they can’t accept it, make that make sense. They would rather loose inventory than make a customer happy and take their legal currency. I’ll take my business elsewhere that takes higher bills. Maybe spend a couple bucks on a marker or a machine to test the bills.

I won't go back to Marcos pizza in seneca I went there tonight and ordered 2 pizzas and they was horrible they gave me more crust than they did pizza little Caesars has better pizza than marcos

Have to say first off ive been ordering from this location for 3 years and have been satisfied it was our go to pizza delivery place untill in the last 6 months ive ordered at least 10 times and not once has my order been correct, missing items , sauces , tonight i even put additional instructions on delivery to make sure all sauces were there and listed , and still arrived wrong , called the store and the managers says they cannot fix it that tere driverd leaves at 7 , but they delivered me the pizza and wings and cheesy bread witth no sauces again for the 5 th time strait, well im done with anymore chances done with marcos ,deleting their app ! Incredibly poor service when you spend over 50 and 60 bucks every time you order and dont get what you order !!! DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!! THANK YOU!
