Order snafu due to no fault of anyone at Moe's (someone else was grabbing my online order from the station as I walked in), but the staff were super helpful & friendly and remade the order for me right away. Great food. Thank you!

If I could show the photo, I would. They did not give us any of our sour cream that we paid for, did not give us any salsa that’s suppose to come with our meals. They gave us a little bowl of rice and a spoon full of guacamole which they charge you extra for! And a couple of beans with a little bit of rice and they did not put in any lettuce, tomato or anything for the homewrecker bowl. It is absolutely horrific that they would charge you so much money and barely give you any food for it. Don’t go here if you are hungry at all.

We haven't been here in a while and we're shocked at how nasty it was. Fingerprints and smudges all over outside of glass at counter, mud all over bottoms of stools, trash all under cabinets where salsa bar and drink station are. And it smells unclean. Floor unswept...this is at 3:30 Monday afternoon.

How does a manager allow the restaurant to run out of every meat option and not preventively prepare more when it was low? Then they proceed to scrape the container to get not even a proper serving size 🤦♂️

Chips stale got chicken and a steak burrito .we got food poisoning gf up all night throwing up .
I had to repeat my order at least 4 or 5 times at the speaker. The lady taking my order kept saying “one second” after every topping that I listed like she was making it while taking my order. Which would have been fine but that wasn’t the case. When I arrived to the pick up window, nothing was ready. I was very confused why it was so difficult for her to take my order. The tortilla chips were stale, my sour cream was old (tasted like spoiled milk), my husband’s chicken had a mixture of burnt and what appeared to be old. A lot of pieces were tough and had a pinkish color. We paid $32 for our 2 meals and 1 cup of queso and we ate just enough to not be hungry when we got home. Next time, I will use the extra time and gas and drive to chipotle near Clemson.
