Placed online order. Succeed at drive thru in which I waited 15 minutes with not a soul in sight. When someone did help, they were breathing hard they the speaker. Never greeted at the window. Just had the bag tossed at me. Got home and side of queso not in the bag and the quesadilla takes like trash.

Used to frequent the Seneca Moe's, which has sadly become a very pale shadow of its former self. Nowadays, the hot items are often over- or under-cooked, the wraps are poorly prepared, the chips are greasy and not crisp, the drink machine isn't kept up, they ring up the bill incorrectly, and the floors and tables are dirty. Not going back.

I just did Moe’s Monday and the smallest portion I’ve ever seen lol well that’s the last visit for Moe’s Monday after they made she said you wasn’t me to roll it .before u hade it in a tray ..I thought it will look like a cigarette lol or the other thing lol I ate it did not take long .l guess it could be worse things got expensive.but wouldn’t go back oh chips are stale

One star is to much i stopped by to put up an order and was gonna order stuff for my self but waited 20 minutes on the order the big boy working was to worried about talking with a lady and little girl to help me and after 20 minutes he was very rude and the the young white girl I just don't care to spend my money at this place in need of better people to work there

Homewrecker Bowl missing 5+ items. Burrito was supposed to be beef and cheese but was steak and black olives (how??). No salsa with either bag of chips but that didn't matter much because those things were so stale and chewy we couldn't eat them. What an absolute waste of money! Definitely won't be back to this location.

Couple almost empty & No fresh food items stocked and the staff was not even changing it had to tell to bring new items. Staff didn't look in mood to do business. Beens inside chips and some uncooked rice.

The guy working came out of the drive thru area blowing out vape smoke which isn't appeasing. I ordered the burrito and it fell apart when I was trying to eat. Neither employees working were very friendly.
I got chicken Adobo bowl. I found it unedible. It was so salty that I could not eat it. The other items, the rice, the guacamole and such were fine.

Order snafu due to no fault of anyone at Moe's (someone else was grabbing my online order from the station as I walked in), but the staff were super helpful & friendly and remade the order for me right away. Great food. Thank you!

Every once in a while the rice is kinda...tough, or I get someone quickly putting in less than I'd like, but otherwise the staff is great and friendly.

If I could show the photo, I would. They did not give us any of our sour cream that we paid for, did not give us any salsa that’s suppose to come with our meals. They gave us a little bowl of rice and a spoon full of guacamole which they charge you extra for! And a couple of beans with a little bit of rice and they did not put in any lettuce, tomato or anything for the homewrecker bowl. It is absolutely horrific that they would charge you so much money and barely give you any food for it. Don’t go here if you are hungry at all.

We haven't been here in a while and we're shocked at how nasty it was. Fingerprints and smudges all over outside of glass at counter, mud all over bottoms of stools, trash all under cabinets where salsa bar and drink station are. And it smells unclean. Floor unswept...this is at 3:30 Monday afternoon.
