I am totally disgusted at the way we were treated after complaining about the raw shrimp, and the over salted steak. We spend a lot of money here and this time the food was really off and maybe because they were so packed tonight, that it was rushed. But the way the Hispanic lady is so rude. And when we called back to explain what was wrong with our takeout order, she was very rude and belligerent, it was outright disgusting… especially by customers who put so much money into that restaurant. We have always been treated very respectable, but it's the one Taller Hispanic lady that we have heard is rude to other people. But we experienced that ourselves tonight .. The food was completely undercooked. And with it being shrimp, that could be deadly?  When we very nicely explained our problem. She told us to go get it somewhere else. Another Mexican restaurant.. So we did, we went to.. Mas Tequila Catina & Grill, right there in the big lots shopping center. It was the best decision we have ever made when it comes down to Hispanic food. They are the best and we will definitely never be going back to. Monte Alban in Seneca. Do yourself a favor and go eat at Mas Tequila Cantina & Grill, they have the best Mexican food and their service & hospitality is exceptional..

Hired Monte Alban to cater my office Christmas Party. Great move!! The food was excellent and delivered on time and HOT! The food was a complete hit with my clients. They also provide excellent vegetarian options. Lots of leftovers! Not crying about that!!!

You people have nerve scamming American citizens especially in this economy. My husband just got a queso to-go and left paying over 12$. I just called and asked how much a large queso is and they said 9$ and then I asked why did my husband pay 12$ and they said because jalapeños were put into the queso. JALAPEÑOS DO NOT COST NEARLY 4$ MORE. ON TOP OF THAT, the reason this was an absolute SCAM was because they did NOT disclose it would be extra to add jalapeños. If you have any idea on how to run a restaurant you have to understand you MUST disclose if there is an up-charge. Ignorance gets you no where and this is why ya’ll are about to reap what ya’ll sow. I hope in the upcoming years employees like this start getting fired from these businesses from taking advantage of America’s people.

Went to this place to grab a taco to go, and I wanted a napkin, and the cashier had the nerve to TELL me they don't give out napkins on to go orders!! Wth!! I had already paid for my taco, but if I hadn't prepaid, I would have left it!! The cashier had the nerve to tell me tell the owner!! Who in the world orders some food to go w/ no napkins!! She wasn't friendly,vand I definitely WON'T be going back!! Threw the food in the trash!!
