Not the same! Trista and James are no longer there. James was a life long fisherman, he knows seafood inside and out. The current folks running are less than nice. The current selection is dismal. James always had a wide, varying and fresh selection. I recently bought oysters that were sold to me as specialty oysters, they were old clusters from SC/NC coast. I was lied to, and ripped off!!! Stay away!

Received a review from a customer today (Mr. Stephen Clark) Today was a nightmare at pikes seafood I called in an order two days ago and it was not ready me. But just about anyone that ordered in advance there order was not ready. The owner was no where to be found. It was chaos.
To which I posted a public reply and the former partners/co-owners of the partnership disabled my access to the Google site and removed my very kind reply inviting the customer to try us again and wishing a Merry Christmas. The customer placed a pre order 3 days after the very heavily advertised deadline but we took it anyway, as we did for many customers. This unfortunately caused a backed up situation in the store. All members and owners of current staff were present in the store. The really disappointing part of the rating from Mr Clark was the camaraderie we shared as his order was being prepared.
The one star rating is for former co-owner/partners publicly removing my comment (as I am also a co-owner in the business) and allowing us to manage the business. It’s very disappointing.

1 - The store is so clean & not fishy smelling. 2 - Everything looks great!! The shrimp are enormous, the scallops are large, the tuna makes me want to eat it while I stand there. 3 - The owners are so nice & helpful!! There's no doubt I'll be back again very soon!!!
