It does have good pizza and, most of the time, good service, but yesterday was a disaster. My great niece ordered it, and it was ready at 5PM, but it was not what she ordered. So they remade it, and it was the same exact thing they gave me the first time. So they had to remake it again, and this time they burned it. So they remade it again, and they got mine right, but they goofed up on my great nieces, but I took it anyway because I had no idea what she had ordered. I think Beavis and Butt-Head were working that day. I'll still go back to the restaurant, but if that ever happens again, I won't be going to that restaurant again, because it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finally get my pizza, but they said they would reimburse it.

It’s not often you can say a chain pizza went above and beyond. I grabbed a pizza for supper tonight, got home and saw it had oregano on it which I’m allergic to. This was not pizza huts fault because I did not tell them about my allergies, they have always been the safe pizza for me. I called to ask if I could order another one without the “hut dust”. The lady on the phone was so sweet. She kept apologizing but again how could she have known, I told her I would pay for the replacement since I didn’t do my part and ask about it. She absolutely insisted the remake be made for free even though it was my own fault and even asked what half was mine so she could make me a whole one. When we picked the first one up she apologized and said she cut it wrong and I laughed and said I actually prefer mine in triangles and she even remembered that for the remake.

Don't bother going unless you like being disappointed. Went today to use my store credit from the last time they messed up my order a week ago and they messed it up again. Was told to bring the pizza back to get it replaced and the replacement was rushed and disgusting. I'm done with this location.

Don't answer phones ever, they listen to the phone ring and just let it go to who knows where that can hardly speak English, i cant ever get ahold of them by phone to change an order or to order a pizza. This is pizza, not rocket science. They have been through a lot of workers lately so I am trying patience but I think the problem lies further towards the top of command at this pizza hut. It seems that the people they hire can't ever get there job done correctly, but I dont put the blame on them. Missing ingredients, wrong pizzas, confusion with orders, and not answering the phone are common problems of this location. I should get pizza elsewhere but I like pizza hut flavor for some reason. 2 stars for service because the workers are usually friendly.

I ordered my pizza online and drove to the store to pick it up. When I arrived several people were ahead of me. I waited until those people were finished. I walked up to the counter and the girl asked if she could help me, I told her my name and that it was an online order. She printed the receipt and I signed it, she looked at the receipt and threw it in the basket on the counter when she saw that I didn't leave a tip and asked the lady behind me if she could help her, instead of turning around and checking to see if my order was in the warmer then helped her with her order and when she was finished she asked my name again. I am sorry but if I place my order online and then walk up to the counter to pick it up.....you aren't getting a tip. Don't know that I will visit this Pizza Hut again.

If I could give this zero stars I would! I ordered a large order for pick up. I got a call that they were out of pepperoni (what??) and what did I want. I gave them my updated order and they had such an attitude. My husband picked it up and it was wrong. I called to talk to them about what was wrong and they had such an attitude when it was all their mistake. Looks like I will be ordering Dominos for now on. This is also not the first issue we have had.

I tried the new tavern supreme ,, yummmm Only bad $12 on line but I’m a walk in cash ,, cost $22. They should have same deal !!!! Walk up or on line.
Parking: Lol I miss the old dine in pizza huts This one is just a order out one in shopping mall. So of course there’s plenty of parking. But the new tavern supreme is yummy

This Pizza Hut in Seneca is the worst! We have ordered food here multiple times and everytime we do, it secretly gets cancelled without our knowledge. We end up sitting at the house for 1 hour-1.5 hours waiting on food that doesn’t get delivered. We always end up driving up to the store to get whatever explanation or food to be met with bad attitudes. Yes, we eventually get our money back the next morning but we’re hungry and this has happened 4 out of 4 times. Better system needs to be put in place. I’ll drive to Dominos next time.
