The manager here, Brittney was wonderful.She helped me with everything that I needed even when I messed up my order.She didn't get mad at all.She just corrected it for me. Customer services tier one place was nicey clean food, delicious . The soda machines so organized

Ordered online and the manager cancelled the order because he said the phone number on the order was disconnected. It was a working. business phone. He was rude and wouldn’t listen to us. Do not recommend at all!

ordered and paid for 15 pizzas on new years eve to be picked up on jan 2nd and went to pick up and was told he cancelled it and refunded the money because he couldn't get the phone to work then the manage belittled my employee and talked down to her.

well the chicken fettuccine is definitely not worth $10. you can get bigger portions at Applebee's for the same price. The delivery driver Brenda took 45 minutes to deliver my food when my place is 2 miles away from the Pizza Hut make that make sense. I ordered my pizza at 6:00 it didn't get here until after 8:00 everything was cold had stuff missing the manager wasn't even in they decided to leave two young people to fend for themselves while being slammed nobody to answer the phone nobody to be held accountable now the young man trying to run that store by his self he deserves a raise the other person that was helping him same manager needs to be fired whoever's in charge at corporate of portions and recipes y'all need to do better and you guys need to start tracking your own drivers because there's no way that a 2-mile trip take someone almost an hour to deliver and to make it worse the poor young man running the store by himself called me to make sure I got my food because that same driver never brought the people ahead of me their food so either she's a thief or she's incompetent one or the other she look like she was on drugs we're going to keep it all the way real. and one of my first jobs was that Pizza Hut and the behavior of the manager and the behavior of the driver unacceptable.

It does have good pizza and, most of the time, good service, but yesterday was a disaster. My great niece ordered it, and it was ready at 5PM, but it was not what she ordered. So they remade it, and it was the same exact thing they gave me the first time. So they had to remake it again, and this time they burned it. So they remade it again, and they got mine right, but they goofed up on my great nieces, but I took it anyway because I had no idea what she had ordered. I think Beavis and Butt-Head were working that day. I'll still go back to the restaurant, but if that ever happens again, I won't be going to that restaurant again, because it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finally get my pizza, but they said they would reimburse it.

I called my order in at 10:12pm was there to pick it up at 10:47pm and the guy closed and locked the door as I was walking up. Then refused to honor my order and walked to the back.

It’s not often you can say a chain pizza went above and beyond. I grabbed a pizza for supper tonight, got home and saw it had oregano on it which I’m allergic to. This was not pizza huts fault because I did not tell them about my allergies, they have always been the safe pizza for me. I called to ask if I could order another one without the “hut dust”. The lady on the phone was so sweet. She kept apologizing but again how could she have known, I told her I would pay for the replacement since I didn’t do my part and ask about it. She absolutely insisted the remake be made for free even though it was my own fault and even asked what half was mine so she could make me a whole one. When we picked the first one up she apologized and said she cut it wrong and I laughed and said I actually prefer mine in triangles and she even remembered that for the remake.

Don't bother going unless you like being disappointed. Went today to use my store credit from the last time they messed up my order a week ago and they messed it up again. Was told to bring the pizza back to get it replaced and the replacement was rushed and disgusting. I'm done with this location.

Don't answer phones ever, they listen to the phone ring and just let it go to who knows where that can hardly speak English, i cant ever get ahold of them by phone to change an order or to order a pizza. This is pizza, not rocket science. They have been through a lot of workers lately so I am trying patience but I think the problem lies further towards the top of command at this pizza hut. It seems that the people they hire can't ever get there job done correctly, but I dont put the blame on them. Missing ingredients, wrong pizzas, confusion with orders, and not answering the phone are common problems of this location. I should get pizza elsewhere but I like pizza hut flavor for some reason. 2 stars for service because the workers are usually friendly.
