Flatbreads were delicious. The artichoke dip was amazing. Great wines. Service was excellent.

Food is decent. Service at the bar is pathetic. The place is run by gen z’s with no service training at all. They can’t even spot when your water needs a refill much less another well drink. They are more interested in their phones than making sure the customers are taken care of. Additionally, the girls “serving” at the bar think they are way better than anyone who comes in so they are “doing us regular lake people” a service by their looks. Grow up honey! Take your money and patronage elsewhere friends of lake Keowee!! Plenty of better choices across the street and on 123!

So we came in town just for this place we were told an hour wait to be seated and there were to fill tables inside one high top inside and two tables outside all we wanted to do was have a drink and be seated no food whatsoever they can't deal with the amount of people that come in the restaurant because There was tables available Phony smiles from one of the girls who is the Hostess, she had asked Bar maid if we can have a table to drink at Very disappointed seems to me they don't know how to run over a restaurant/bar. It's just a hotspot And it's trendy so that's the story. Don't recommend a place.

Made our first visit last night. I'll definitely be back. Took advantage of the Happy Hour food and drink specials. The Spicy Meatballs, Chicken Pesto flatbread, and pepperoni flatbread. Everything was excellent. Our waitress, Kara, was not only beautiful, but sweet and friendly aa well.

So I have been here several times and never had any complaints. This last time I went it was a Saturday night, it was steady but not crazy busy. 2 bartenders kept walking past us while sitting at the bar with money in front of us and no drink and not once asked us what we needed. After sitting there for literally 12 minutes, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Meanwhile the owner stood at the end of the bar and just watched (clearly not us) or maybe he just isn’t that personable. Either way, I hope because they are doing well this doesn’t mean the quality is gonna drop because I really like to go here.

I normally would not share my feedback but I have always greatly enjoyed RCC but we went the other evening to celebrate a birthday and got the worst service I have ever experienced locally. They brought out immediately the to go orders that a few had placed to take home to family way before our food was even brought out. 4 flatbreads were ordered and 2 were brought out only to have the waitress over a HOUR later return to tell the other 2 they were sorry but they had run out of steak to make the other 2. Need I add it was the exact flatbreads they had brought out immediately in to go boxes. Had we known then they could have eaten those. 2 of us ordered vegetables 9.00 and a side of steak for an additional 8.00. We were brought a small bowl and we both had to search for the 3-4 slivers of steak they had added. The waitress hid and never came back to ask what the other 2 would like in place of their meal they couldn’t no longer make as they were bringing out steak to cook on the slab for the table beside us. One of these that never got her food was actually the birthday girl. They never offered to comp their drinks nor provide any apologies. It was not crowded this evening as it was a Monday. Needless to say 9 people left there VERY disappointed. I understand everyone and every place has bad days but when you do own the mistake and offer to make it right.

Charturuie was fantastic. Lamb cook stone very good. Flatbreads TERRIBLE. Not crispy. Tomato sauce had zero flavor. Shaved parm not melted. The flat BREAD must be from Sisco.
