So I have been here several times and never had any complaints. This last time I went it was a Saturday night, it was steady but not crazy busy. 2 bartenders kept walking past us while sitting at the bar with money in front of us and no drink and not once asked us what we needed. After sitting there for literally 12 minutes, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Meanwhile the owner stood at the end of the bar and just watched (clearly not us) or maybe he just isn’t that personable. Either way, I hope because they are doing well this doesn’t mean the quality is gonna drop because I really like to go here.
I normally would not share my feedback but I have always greatly enjoyed RCC but we went the other evening to celebrate a birthday and got the worst service I have ever experienced locally. They brought out immediately the to go orders that a few had placed to take home to family way before our food was even brought out. 4 flatbreads were ordered and 2 were brought out only to have the waitress over a HOUR later return to tell the other 2 they were sorry but they had run out of steak to make the other 2. Need I add it was the exact flatbreads they had brought out immediately in to go boxes. Had we known then they could have eaten those. 2 of us ordered vegetables 9.00 and a side of steak for an additional 8.00. We were brought a small bowl and we both had to search for the 3-4 slivers of steak they had added. The waitress hid and never came back to ask what the other 2 would like in place of their meal they couldn’t no longer make as they were bringing out steak to cook on the slab for the table beside us. One of these that never got her food was actually the birthday girl. They never offered to comp their drinks nor provide any apologies. It was not crowded this evening as it was a Monday. Needless to say 9 people left there VERY disappointed. I understand everyone and every place has bad days but when you do own the mistake and offer to make it right.
Need try it especially happy hour, about time good place to eat and drink on ram cat
Such a great spot for fun dinner/time out…family or Date night out!
Great wine and fun experience on the stone
We love this place! The atmosphere and friendly staff make our day every time. Keep up the good work!
Charturuie was fantastic. Lamb cook stone very good. Flatbreads TERRIBLE. Not crispy. Tomato sauce had zero flavor. Shaved parm not melted. The flat BREAD must be from Sisco.

Best Old Fashion ever! Friendly staff!
Had a delicious meal. Had the tuna on the stone, a flatbread, and the brussel sprouts. Very good.

Intimate setting with interesting food options. Some options you cook yourself using a 500f rock. I will have to try that next time. Plenty of drink options. Be brave and try something new!! Happy hour bourbon drinks were half price. Great service. Food was fresh and tasty. Access to the location requires going down stairs if you access from the main entrance. There is plenty of nearby parking with some parking behind the location. I look forward to visiting again.
Parking: Less than a block away is a fairly large parking lot. Some street parking available.
Wheelchair accessibility: You would need to enter from the back since as soon as you enter the front, you have to go down a flight of stairs.

When I’m in the mood to drink to the point of hilarity with a good glass of wine that quenches the soul; I look no further than the Cellars. It’s my favorite libation spot in DT Seneca. The service is super knowledgeable and kind. Megan is a Somm and she is their lovely manager! There’s live music on the weekends. The bar is inviting and the back patio feels like a private concert. Thanks for a nice spot to enjoy company!

I cant really say how the food was, I had to give up on my meal, every one else at the table was finish and wanted to go. I had ordered the filet you self cook on a stone, so in theory it should have been first out. 20 minutes after all the other food was served I was told mine was coming. Another 20 minutes pass and I ask to cancel the order, remember I still had to cook it. No apology no explanation. Almost the worst service I have ever had. Also drinks and food over priced.
