Within minutes of her positive, kind, and empathetic demeanor, she surpassed customer service and went into the kind of humanity that heals and uplifts others. Awesome chain restaurant! This is NOT your typical burger joint. With unique bread made on-site, this sandwich shop is unlike all others. We don't eat out a lot, but anytime we're near Seneca, we make a point to stop here.

Literally inhaled the Bacon Grilled Cheese and loaded baked potato soup. Hit the spot after a long day of driving. Food was hot and fresh. No notes.
It’s was just fine. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, the staff was kind. The problem is that I ordered a medium sandwich. The meat was piled high in the middle but nothing on the edge. I should have just ordered a small sandwich. It makes it look large when it’s cut in half but in actuality, it’s just a small sandwich on bigger bread. I asked about it and was told, “you received the right amount of meat.” I didn’t push the issue but I just feel like they should be able to make the sandwich even out. Maybe that’s just my personal preference.
