Terrible dinning experience. Visited on a vacation with a party of 10. Wings came out soggy, 2/3 of the steaks came out messed up. Multiple pieces of hair were found in my child’s hamburger. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

2nd visit this year, first experience was great , but this 2nd visit was horrible. I ordered the T bone steak for myself , worked 10 hours and was starving and a filet minyan from my wife. Hers was decent, but My Tbone was horrible. It was really dry , like beef jerky , chewy with No seasoning and no flavor. I had to butcher the steak to get a few bits . I felt like asking the waitress for a table saw so I could cut my steak . I left most of it on the plate after I about choked to death because I couldn't chew it. And I hope that the chef that was working on 6/30/25 sees this because I can outcook him on steaks Any day of the week. My steaks are way better than yours . Paid almost 100 - 12 discount for the inconvenience . Horrible

My family and I went in Southern Steakhouse and waited to be seated. 3 adults, 1 child, and one newborn. We were taken to a booth. It seats 4 people. We had nowhere to put the baby and we were not asked if we wanted a highchair. We also had a diaper bag and asked for either a bigger booth or a table. The time was 4:30 PM and there were only 3 tables with anyone at them. The whole place was pretty much open. When we asked for something a little bigger, the hostess went to the corner booth (where the waitresses were sitting) and asked. She came back and said we could not because of a party. Mind you, unless the party is 25+ people deep (and the place is empty), plenty of tables were available. There was no party accumulating and nobody waiting. Southern Steakhouse was not helpful or accommodating. The staff were rude. We left and went to Copper River where they had more people and yet they were more helpful, friendly, and their food was great. Really bad service at Southern Steakhouse.

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Southern Steakhouse of Seneca. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
My wife ordered the burger, and she couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and flavorful it was — cooked just right with all the classic fixings. I had the flounder, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a light, flaky finish. I paired it with fries and a side salad — both fresh and satisfying, especially the crisp greens and house dressing.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and on point the whole night. One small detail that stood out: she brought the check directly to my wife. It might seem minor, but we both appreciated the thoughtful, modern touch — it didn’t go unnoticed.
All in all, Southern Steakhouse of Seneca served up great food with equally great service. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

This restaurant is very unassuming from the outside. Yet you enter through the doors into a an entirely different reality. The restaurant is clean and well finished/decorated. Your first glance at their menu continues to sweep away your expectations. What you thought would be traditional southern staples is actually an elevated mexican menu. This turned my presumed expectations of redundancy into a playful search across the menu. Steaks, seafood, poultry, fajitas, tacos, quesadillas. I landed on the tacos because it was lunch and a beautiful ribeye seemed excessive for my arteries. I ordered a shrimp taco, a steak taco and a chicken taco. Each of the beautifully seasoned meats were enveloped in two fresh corn tortillas. Cilantro and onions were off to the side. One tomatillo salsa and one chipotle salsa also accompanied the plate. All I have to say is I will be returning. Excellent food.

Steak fajitas were very good but too much for a little old lady like me. It would have been enough for At least 2 people if there had been 6 tortillas. The guac pico de gallo and salsa verde were tasty. The elote is a must order sooo yummy!

The setting is pleasant. This time of day was very quiet 4:00 PM. Waitress was very courteous and didn't impose on our conversation to push our order. Food was served in a reasonable time. Good spot for a small business meet.
