If there is more than 5 customers you aren’t going to get your order for at least 20 mins or more. Drive thru takes forever and mobile order for in store pick up is even worse. They don’t make it until you complain at least 3 times.

My friend often stops by Starbucks on Hwy 123 in Seneca to purchase me a grande mocha and usually is greeted very kindly. This morning 8/16/24 @9:30am after he placed his order with the Barista, the manager asked him if he wanted a cup band and my friend replied yes. Then waiting for the coffee my friend made the remark, I guess the prices of everything has gone up. He made this statement because no one had ever asked him before because they were usually sitting on the counter. The manager then became irate and said a simple yes or no would suffice, then told him he needed to mind your own business. The barista informed my friend that the rude manager was her boss.
I guess I should suggest my friend to go elsewhere if he wants to purchase coffee for me.

First of all, They asked 3 times how to spell our name and STILL put it wrong, and then had us sit for 15 minutes for a damn chai latte and THEN never called our name and every worker in there were trash talkin every drive thru customer

I’ve come by this Starbucks 5-6 times now and have ordered different things. Every time I get an iced drink - the cups are more ice than coffee and then the baristas are not filling the cups to a reasonable amount. Despite paying 6+ for decent coffee.

4 if they were nicer. 5 star if corporate wasn't trying to buy a new yacht every day. Prices are actually worse than anything or any place else. Horrible. Not adding photos. Not worth my time.

The reason I'm giving it a low review is because of the customer service. Went through the drive thru and that took so long. Then when I finally got up to get my drink the chick could care less about her job and just handed me my drinks and almost forgot to get my payment, I could have easily driven off, just saying. Either way, took forever and customer service was horrible.

So, the customer service at this store is what made it get such a low rating. Not just one person but everyone who worked there was just rude. Beautiful store , great location wish people had been more pleasant.
