If ordering with mobile pickup, make sure to add 30 minutes to when it says it will be ready. Just had to leave without getting the coffee I paid for as even the 30 minute buffer was not long enough - even though very few cars were in the drive-thru or customers inside.

Everyone inside had to wait way too long for coffee and then in my case they got both orders wrong. Starbucks needs to rethink their ordering process. This isn't the only store that gets it wrong.

Slow service and slack workers. I made an online mobile order and had a friend pick it up for me. I ordered a bakery item and received an empty bag that said “don’t have” written in sharpie. I called for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give a remote refund for me to call customer service. Super annoying.

Jay, extremely rude in the drive thru. Reagan no different when i came inside to get a mobile order. ordered another coffee after that and waited 30+ minutes for one coffee. Don't recommend that you go if you're trying to get to work on time. Nor if you expect good or even decent customer service for that matter.
