I ordered one simple drink. Apparently my order wasn’t put in. No apology- just “well what did you have?” Treated me like it was my fault the entire time. Drink wasn’t filled all the way either.

All the people I've had the pleasure of running into when I do go that way are always nice and there are even a few who remember me even when I go on long hiatuses from starbucks. By far my favorite one to go to.

I’m editing my review & giving 5 stars now! Thank you Starbucks for listening to your customers & giving us hot fresh coffee on demand. The new machines you have now are wonderful! We can get any kind of hot coffee any time of day! Thank you!
Why can’t we get hot fresh coffee after 6:30pm anymore? We used to could but for about 2-3 months now we are told the brewers are put up & if we want an Americano. If I wanted an Americano I would’ve ordered one to begin with. These cost more and are not as hot. We’ve started going to Dunkin Doughnuts who gladly serves us fresh hot coffee, no matter the time of day. Pretty sad we have to go to a doughnut place to get fresh brewed coffee as opposed to a place who actually specializes in coffee.

I was on my way to my parents house to return my younger brother who spent some time with me this past summer. We made a stop here and my younger brother ordered a white chocolate mocha, I got a drink and my puppy (who just got neutered 3 days ago). I get to the window and they immediately hand my my brothers hot white mocha and it did not have a sleeve on the cup. I handed it to my brother and it was obviously hot because there was no sleeve so he grabbed it near the top. Well the drink exploded. My brother, myself and my dog (who can’t be bathed for another 5 days) are all sitting in the drive through covered in scolding hot white mocha. The girl at the window is trying to continue to push stuff out to us. I politely declined and asked if we could pull around and come in and get everything including another white mocha. We were able to clean up the car but the three of us are extremely sticky and there is white mocha all over my front windshield (and I just got a carwash today 🙄). I then go in and they are trying to make me pay for another white mocha! For two!! I told them that would not be happening because they did not put a sleeve on it and it was hot so he grabbed it from the top and it exploded. So now us three are resuming out 40 minute drive to my parents house sticky and ill.

I had made a mistake and ordered online to the wrong location. The team at this Starbucks was incredibly kind and very helpful! They made my order anyways even though I assume they could’ve told me to just go to the other location and they were all very pleasant and professional about it. Super clean store and good vibes too. Definitely my preferred location when I’m in town.
