Talked to me like a dog. I ordered online 6 people inline. My items left 1/2 made why they stoped did others. I told them i should got in line. I would got it sooner. They even yelled at me. Never been treated this way. They said they didnt like this job ayway. The owner of this business is not training their people. I dont know when I will go to ann subway again after this. I felt threaten being there.

I bought a foot long bmt.And they didn't put my vegetable topping on: lettuce , tomatoes, onion, and banana peppers.Went back to the job and ate a plain sad sandwich.Do not use the drive thru.

Poor attitude ?. Did not address that I was even there. I was ready to leave. Then the man took our order.Store was unkempt. Took our food and ate at home.Vegetarian options: Salads, wraps,and sandwiches with all vegetables; cheese is also an option for ovo-lacto vegetarians.

Ordered online bc nobody would answer the phone and I let it ring 20 times. It was to be picked up. My husband went in and they told him to go to another subway location 11 minutes further, that there was no order. He called me I told him it was at that store so, he went back in, they found the order. They completely messed up the orders. No cheese , no dressing on the veggie, so much dressing on meatball it was running down his arms. They tried to give him a 6 inch and I order 12 inch. We got no receipt. There was not a single customer in the store. She couldn’t even figure out how to get the sandwiches in the bag. No napkins, no receipt, nothing went right. I had coupons and couldn’t use them, I paid for double cheese, no cheese. Ridiculous. No one in drive thru either.

This is my second time where my sandwich made wrong, the cold vegetables were toasted on my sandwich as well and no chipolte sauce was added as requested through the drive thru. I am very disgruntled by this, to say the least.

Just stopped in to get a sandwich. First off, everyone ignored me good the first 5 minutes. Then the guy asked me what I wanted. I said ham on white with white American. He ignored me for a minute or so then said Turkey and pepperoni? So I repeated my order and he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no. He toasted it anyway, I told him I said no to the toasted and he got mad and threw the sandwich. So I said forget and started walking out and I heard him say "good". Just thought the owner might pay attention to these posts and would want to know the lack of customer service at this store. Or, maybe not, but might save some other folks some wasted time.
