Ordered via UberEats for myself and my boss. I got a steak and avocado sub and somehow, a sub that has avocado literally in its title still got to me with no avocado as well as condiments I did not ask for. Meat was very scarce. My boss’s sub was missing the condiments she requested. I reached out to customer relations and after two days I still haven’t heard anything. This location needs to get it together. Until then I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I have been here before and didn't had issue. This time didn't put proper amout ingredients and sauce even though they had enough.

Every worker is very nice and friendly. You feel welcomed when you come in. As a customer they want you to feel like you matter and they want to provide the best service possible.

I won’t be back to this Subway and I go to Subway a lot!
I had a very poor experience with an employee there getting my sandwich, and the veggies were freezer burn. I let the staff know, but they continued with using the veggies. In retrospect, I should’ve just left the store at that point.
The next day I called back and spoke to the store manager, and there was no offer to replace the 2 sandwiches that I purchased.

Walked in to get a few subs two employees working nobody else in the entire store or the line but still had to wait 10 minutes to get acknowledged by a middle aged with grayish brown hair with a very snippy attitude tried not to pay her attitude any attention but then she the wrong thing on my wifes sandwhich and i politely asked her to take it off i was told no I asked why and she sighed and took it off the sandwhich and proceeded to start complaining to us to her coworker needless to say we did not buy the sandwichs and will not be back to this subway

Absolutely horrible experience. Two people behind the counter taking their time, chatting, and laughing. That’s okay, but when I’m barely spoken to and am the only one in line waiting 10+ minutes while they lackadaisically fill a pickup order for someone that isn’t even there yet…really? Taking 5 minutes to put gloves on while you chat up a coworker with a paying customer in front of you…How bout one individual work on the pickup order and the other help a customer that’s face to face with you in the store.
My bad, that’s too logical.
Order thru drive thru and they left all veggies off of sandwich
I did a pickup order for a hot honey chicken sandwich on Italian bread and when I went and picked it up and drove home opened my sandwich it was on the wrong bread and no hot honey sauce, so when I went back to get another sandwich they started making it again on the right bread and then said oh we don't even have any hot honey sauce and then they didn't want to make me another kind of sandwich since they already cooked new chicken(even though they should have told me they didn't have the sauce before they started the sandwhich)
Bread was hard & cut unevenly. Very little meat. Worst sub ever & I was embarrassed to serve it to my family!
