we came 20 mins before close on 9/26, we had an awful day. flights delayed. we both had work the next morning, hadn't eaten for most of the day bc of plane complications from texas. it wasnt the best day to put it that way. i felt terrible for coming so close to closing. the lady at the window was the sweetest. she was super polite and our food turned out perfect. i have worked in fast food and it was almost 1 in the morning, but it was abt the only place open at the time. i appreciate her kindness and wanted to give her appreciation because she deserves it. i never got her name, but her kindness i wont forget. i've been in that position and it's never what you want to happen right before close. we love this taco bell in seneca!

Items here are $1-$2 more than other locations. Don’t know if this is a franchisee issue or what, but stop jacking up the prices when other comparable locations are less pricey.

I have never had much of an issue with this Taco Bell. Today, I ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes with extra beef. However, there was nor extra beef. I was very disappointed. I paid for the extra beef, but did not receive it in my meal. There were new employees too so I just want management to know that the new employees did not put extra beef in my meal and they knew it as well.
