It took an hour to get our food. The food was not very good. My son in law couldn’t even eat half of his food and he eats everything. We got water initially but we never got drink or water refills. I ordered wine and it never came. We had a toddler with us and we all got our food before hers. I had to go to the front desk to get our check. I asked for a manager and she did get us boxes and our check but there was no compensation for the extremely poor service. She just said that she was sorry that we did not have a good experience. It was not even that crowded so I don’t know why we never saw our waiter. We will definitely not return!!

Heard great things about this restaurant only to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Came in for lunch to a not busy place only to wait almost an hour to get our food after we gave the order. We had fish & chips and whole chicken wings. There were 3 very small pieces of fish and the hushpuppies, one normal size and the second was the size of a peanut. As far as the chicken wings went, well they were WAY overcooked and dry. One of the wings was so bad the bones were exposed because it was so fried to death.
Our waitress was nice although the manager Will is clueless. He has no right being in his position. Is he a relative of the owner? His demeanor when he came to the table was like didnt care about us and could care less what we had to say. When he saw the over fried wing all he could say is that's how I like it. Will and the cook should look for different jobs because they surely don't know how to do there's now.
This was the WORST meal I've ever been served. Save your money and find a different restaurant. I'LL NEVER AGAIN GO THE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Food has not been good since the menu change. Very disappointing, will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Interesting place. My family was served moldy, black spotted, broccoli. I’m skeptical if management was stealing money since they served prime roast when you ordered prime rib. This cut is about 1/3 the price. The manager didn’t have much to say when he was confronted.

Writing this review from the parking lot before we even leave the restuarant. Overall this has been one of the worst dining experiences. Steak was ordered medium rare came out raw, when brought to attention absolutely nothing was done. The table next to us was so loud and obnoxious that other tables around us were apologizing to us that we had to deal with it and not once did any staff address it or even acknowledge this. Would have loved for even a manager to come speak with us or maybe a supervisor, anyone really.

I had the ginger salmon. Very tasty and a good size. Steamed brocoli and baked potato were good as well. Staff very friendly and very professional. I continue to have a good experience every time I eat here.

Aaron might be the best server we have ever had. my husband Ryan, and my children Robert, Corey and Hayden all loved their food. little Corey couldnt get enough of the shrimp! 10/10 we will absolutely be back

Food, service are not what it used to before the new owner stepped in. Our visit was a Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law. She ordered the ribeye sandwich. It was terrible. The bread was hard to chew because it was hard. There are very few items on the buffet menu. We wanted lunch but were given the brunch menu. It was embarrassing. Nothing on the me that screamed out delicious. The service was ridiculous. It took a very long time to receive our order. Then it took a long time to receive and pay for the check. I'll never go back there.

Our dining experience on May 1 for lunch was such a huge disappointment. First of all, there was about a 20 minute wait before we could be seated, although there were few patrons in dining area, with plenty of empty tables. We met couple friends and we all had difficulty finding anything appealing on menu , especially the side selections. The shaved ribeye sandwich was quite greasy, The cranberry slaw highly recommended by waiter was inedible. Although this restaurant has been quite a favorite dining destination for years, we will not go back. Changes can be good, sometimes they are disastrous. The only pleasant part of our meal was the company of our friends, and that was superb.

1st time, and it was absolutely great. Different flare of food. Seems to be an elegant or just as you are. Very nice sitting views of the water and sunsets. We will definitely return.
