Customer service was awful. Ice cream selection is great. The money they spend on the cameras in there they could be paying for better quality talent. What are you possibly going to steal in there. It is kind of funny to be honest. There are cameras everywhere.

We went to a couple ice cream shops while vacationing in SC and this one was the best! There were around 60 different flavors and I was thrilled to see vegan options.As someone that is lactose intolerant, this made my day! The flavors were amazing!

I was barely giving my second order out of four and she was already entering at the register rushing me to pay. She was so rude taking the money and handing me the change in such a disgusting manner. Plus no sugar free options. Will not be going back. We will stick to our other friendly ice cream shops.

We like visiting here because they always have a dairy free option available! With having two people in our family who can't eat anything made with cow's milk, eating out can be very tricky, especially for sweet treats. We love that they keep an oatmilk option in stock!

Very VERY small servings. I will never be back. The most expensive ice cream I have eaten. I won't be back and recommend you save your money as well. I honestly was shocked at the size of the serving. We got a banana split and it was level with the boat it's in and that's including the whip cream and cherry. It also doesn't include nuts at $7.99. Nuts are $1.29 extra. Never again.
I love everything about this ice cream shop except that if you choose to purchase multiple scoops and you want different flavors they don't allow you to put them in separate cups. Aside from that, it's an awesome ice cream shop with TONS of options to choose from.

I absolutely love this ice cream place! The Owner is so nice as well as her staff. They always have a smile on their face and the atmosphere is welcoming ? I love that they serve Hersheys ? If you haven’t tried this place then you need too!

We paid over $11.00 for two ice cream cones. My cone had barely ice cream on it, about 1/4 cup worth. Rip off! I don't mind paying, but at least give me some ice cream.☹️
