I was very skeptical about what the food would taste. Every time I try food that is a new spin on southern cooking, I am usually disappointed. I was pleasingly surprised. The turkey, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and ribs were great. I had a sampler plate of every item available, and those were my favorites. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even with how busy it was. Beautiful property. Hard to find, GPS couldn't figure it out, but I found it. Great experience...

Overall great service and excellent food. Loved the fried green tomato appetizer and the chicken and waffles meal!! The tomatoes are layered with a yummy filling. As for the waffles, they have a wonderful outer, crunchy texture that's super sweet. I ate half there and the other half for lunch the next day, and it was almost as good on Day 2! The service was great for most of the meal, but towards the end, the restaurant was busier and the server seem to disappear for a while.

Excellent food and service in an upscale casual setting. Our waiter was very attentive, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate a picky eater. Highly recommend the steak frites..
