Very good food. Cook to perfection and beautifully plated. Not a cheap place to eat but well worth it. We did make reservations there was no wait.

We’re visiting from Georgia for the weekend and decided to stop by even though we didn’t have a reservation. They were able to accommodate us and find us a table without any waiting time, the atmosphere and food were amazing, literally we’re thinking on just driving from Georgia to eat here. Our server was Evan, he was great, everything he recommended was delicious and he made us feel like family. We can’t recommend this place enough, I keep telling my husband even the water was delicious hahaha.

We have passed by Vangeli's a lot while in town but finally decided to try it out. We made reservations the day of and got in at 5pm which suited us just fine since we like to be in our pjs by like 7pm. We were seated immediately and had a great service throughout the night. We ordered the stuffed zucchini blossoms, and a burrata and tomato salad which probably wasn't the smartest thing to do since the zucchini blossoms came on top of burrata and tomatoes. The zucchini blossom appetizer was lovely as was the salad - just too much like each other. The fish entree which I believe was a snapper - and over risotto - was delicious. We had it split to two plates for a small fee. The presentation was lovely. Oh, and our gin martinis were spot on as was the wine list. Thank you for having a French Cote du Rhone by the glass! We will most certainly be back.

I’m not one to leave reviews on restaurants, but I must for this one. My wife and I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the most bland food I’ve ever tasted. We both got steak with sides and it was worse than getting a steak at your local long horn. Then we retrieved the bill and it was $268.00. Yes! Me and my wife… we had some wine and other things along with our dinner but the food was basic and not worth the money. Super nice place, along with great service, but way too expensive for something you could buy half the price at your local steak house. I would recommend saving your money and time.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner last night at Vangelli’s . We’ve been several times and every time we come it exceeds our expectations. We ordered the scallop appetizer, which was wonderful, split the tomato and burrata which is fantastic and we ordered the special Wagyu beef and split it and it was plenty. In addition we had the amazing banana peanut butter dessert, and a bottle of wine. We always split our meals and they charge a $10 split fee, Joe was our server and it’s always nice to have him take care of us and we were able to enjoy the fabulous music which was a surprise to us. I am Big on clean bathrooms and the bathroom was very clean. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Splitting ether steak was plenty.

We came here for our anniversary. Upon entering we were greeted with smiling face and great attitudes. We were early and decided to have a drink at the bar. Lexi our bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. We were seated and our server Patrick gave us information on the specials and answered our menu questions. Again knowledgeable and great attitude. Our dinner was delicious. The pace that Patrick had as to how our evening went was excellent. Thank you for making or evening special. Thanks to all for great evening!!!

My husband and I had a date night here. We were impressed with the food and the service.
Service was great. Our scallop starters were delicious. My husband’s shrimp and grits were good. I had the mushroom gnocchi. It was so heavily seasoned with sage and garlic that it was bitter and inedible. Very disappointing.
Follow up review. We dined here on August 26. I saw the request for me to contact the restaurant on Tuesday Sept 2. I called that evening and left my contact information with the young lady who answered the phone. She told me that someone would get back to me shortly. After 2 days, I have not heard from anyone.
So not only was my meal disappointing, the reason I originally gave 2 star review, customer service does not follow up, the reason I dropped my review to 1 star.
We won’t be back.
Second follow up. I received a call yesterday expressing concern and offering to give us a better experience. I appreciate the call.

For great food and service you can't beat Vangelis and jazz on Wednesday is a great perk. We plan our visit here to hear real jazz and have a superior dining experience with service by Laurie that is above and beyond. Can't wait for the next time every time!!

It was our 15th Anniversary, I called last minute, for reservations, I had a choice of 5pm, as soon as they opened , or 815pm , for 2. We wanted 5- 515 anyway. I'd mentioned it that it was our Anniversary, from the moment we walked in everyone was friendly, wished us a happy Anniversary, a card was on our table with Anniversary greetings, a delicious Anniversary dessert! Now, on to the rest , our server Vanessa was excellent!! The food was superb! Porter house steak cooked perfectly! Roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, delicious!! Pork chop was very tender. Excellent all around!!!!
