Employees shouting across kitchen to each other in very loud tones !! Was very unprofessional and customers could not enjoy eating for such loud atmosphere ! Waitress was extremely slow and menu was not explainatory so some did not get correct order. Had several with us and we will not be back !! Would have given 0 stars if there had been one.

Dear New Waffle House, We were so excited for you to open! We had high hopes! Well, it's been such a let down. The waitress staff needs to be trained or replaced. Last visit our waitress ignored us for 20 minutes. Mind you we were to the left of the register at the corner bar/table. Not in a corner. She had a very bad attitude. Took another 15 minutes just to bring us coffee. So we quickly ordered food at that interaction. It was another 10 minutes before she called out our order to the Cooks. People were waiting to be seated and every table around us was empty but covered in dishes from the last customer. We didn't get up and leave because we were waiting to see how this experience ended. Once we received food it was barely warm because it had been ready and sitting waiting to be brought to us. We were missing an order of bacon and she tried to argue with us saying she brought it. No ma'am, we had 2 orders and you brought one. This was our 3rd attempt at trying for a good experience. We were failed all 3 times. We are done! Try better! Do better! Waitress was fussing and being rude in front of everyone. Yelled out that the grits had been in heating well since that morning never changed out. We got there at 9 pm wtf. Biscuit was burnt Hashbrowns were over done. No chili heated up and gravy was old also. Definitely not goin back

What’s the purpose of having an app when they don’t allow you to order their full menu? You can’t call in order either as you get a recording to go to their app and place your order for carry out and hangs up on you then they add in over four dollars in extra charges for carry out order and serviced charge when if I would’ve eaten there and got the container to go, I wouldn’t have been charged that extra money not very happy with waffle House doubt I will return to them anymore even for Dine in

Food was good can't complain about that. The staff was nice and the waitress was a little lacking. They were doing a good job with keeping the grill area clean while putting out orders. I had two eggs they cooked them to order and double hash browns they were crispy just like the way I like them.
This is the only Waffle House in this area that doesn’t serve burnt bacon. Thanks Jonathan and all the cook staff!!

The waitress alone gets 5 stars, she was amazing. Our food was delicious, I had a Philly cheesesteak loaded hashbrown bowl, and it gets 5 stars!
We enjoyed our moms night out here with amazing company and a waitress who made the visit even more pleasurable.
