Once again the wrong order.

Wrong frosties x2, wrong size drinks and fries, and missing sauces. Fast food is too expensive to make this many mistakes man.

I’d give a zero if I could. The team that was on board tonight was giving my boyfriend and I ugly looks when we walked in. They failed to close and lock the doors on time so we walked in to order. Upon walking in they all were standing around talking and gave my boyfriend and I ugly looks as if we were intruding their free time. This was Aug 26 at 11pm.
We left and I told them their door was unlocked. They rolled their eyes at us and asked us to leave. If the inside is closed LOCK THE DOOR. And have common manners pls and thanks.

Emma accommodated our needs during a heavy storm. We had just left Bojangles where the manager yelled at us and slammed the drive thru door in our face.
Emma was thorough and spoke clearly while taking our order in the drice-thru. She made our night better after the brief visit to Bo's Thanks for making us laugh and thank you to the guy who was in the first window taking our payment. He seemed to genuinely care by asking us how our night was going.
The whole atmosphere of our drive thru experience at Wendy's deserves 5 stars.

The stars dont go higher than 5?! Truly a 10/10 establishment! I am NEVER disappointed when I come to this wendys specifically. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! The excellent customer service is the cherry on top! Excellent management running the place! SO MUCH BETTER THAN BOJANGLES

Have to wait 15 mins in the drive thru just to get your food, then they forget half of your order. I went in to tell them I was missing sandwiches and fries and the lady was screaming for another worker to help because “she only works the drive thru” very unprofessional. Seems like every time we come, we’re missing food and waiting half an hour to get it.

6 people working and no one came to the register. They all looked at us at different times. We finally asked one guy if he could help us and he just shrugged and turned around. Walked out after a good while and no one ever looked or came to the register. Someone could have said, “we will be with you in a moment” but know one said anything. Hello, welcome to Wendy’s. We will be right with you. NOTHING but dumb blank uncaring stares. They weren’t even busy.
