The food was OK. It didn't really have flavor. What little flavor it did have was the same for everything. The building was pretty nasty. It smelled horrible, and everything was just dirty. 1 of the guys putting food in the bags kept wiping his nose with his hand and using the same hand to touch people's food and put it in the bag. We never saw him wash his hands. (He didn't handle our food)

Who ever the night manager is tonight won’t answer the phone very unprofessional, I can’t get get in contact with anyone to fix my order, is this a joke, both Wendy’s don’t answer the phone at all and have very bad street attitude,… just went back tonight messed up my food again and won’t refill my

We ordered 2 Pretzel Baconator meal deals that were ordered in large. drinks and fries. At the window I asked to make sure my drink was not a diet, which they assured me, no diet drink in my cup! After we got our food we discovered that we didn't get our pretzel buns, turned around and my husband goes inside to fix it.... no can do because they were out of the pretzel buns! Came home to eat ..... come to find out my "Large Coke" was a diet coke! Waste of money when I can't even drink my "drink" because of the sweeteners as I'm allergic to the sugar substitutes! I am so disappointed in this Locations (Seneca SC) services!! Don't know if I'll go back. I maybe drank ½ cup of the diet before I realized it was diet because I was eating food as I was sipping on the "coke"! Don't know if I'll end up in the ER because of this.

As a matter of course I cannot bring myself to rate any fast food above a 4. But when I rate a 4 I am saying the food is top notch fast food. There's one thing that Wendy's could do that would have me making them the one fast food exception:Bring back the Pretzel Bacon Pub burger. It is, in my opinion, a burger that is superior to any other sandwich on their menu or any of the standard burger joints with the possible exception of 5 Guys
