Normally I'd drive away and deal with another disappointing purchase and eat it, literally... but after opening my Togo order to see a half eaten piece of toast... I felt compelled to share this to the world.... some staff changes are in need for the night of 1/18/26... place was a dumpster fire... disgusting
no thanks from me charging extra for sauce and not giving them. not letting there be a no drink option online and then the drinks taste like lightly carbonated sewer water.

Hands down, this Zaxbys was fresh! The employees were attentive and actually smiling unlike every other place we go to. Usually employees will act like they don’t see you and ignore you or just frown the entire interaction. everyone was doing excellent at their job and everything down to the catch-up packets was organized and clean. Great job everybody! Two chicken thumbs up! 🤣😀

Went through the drive thru around 7pm last night for a quick dinner. It was a long day and I was craving the grilled house salad. I ordered my salad and a peach tea, got to the window and we were handed our bags. We were not handed our drinks so I waited for a few minutes before a young adult (tall blond guy with nail polish on a few fingers) came to the window and asked what we still needed. We finally got our drinks and I began driving home before taking a big sip of barely sweet tea. Not the peach tea I ordered. I get home and realize I was not handed a grilled house salad. The chicken was fried. At this point I’m extremely annoyed but it was late and rainy and I didn’t feel like driving all the way back. After a few bites I pulled a long strand of HAIR out of my mouth. This will likely be our last time going to this location.
Went to get a 50% off milkshake
Shake machine did not work
I asked when are you gonna get the broken machine fixed?
Staff person said it’s not broken , corporate called and said to drain the machine, after unplugging it and leave it unplugged.
I asked when are you going to get it working again after the 50% sales promotion ends? !!!!!!
I've had multiple frustrating experiences at this location. On my most recent visit, I stood at the register for several minutes while an employee entered orders for othe employees, only to be followed behind me by another customer complaining about their incorrect order. The trash cans were overflowing, and I waited 30 minutes for my food and this was while only 3 tables had people at them and 4 people waiting on food.
On a separate visit, I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 20-minute wait for wings. I agreed to wait, but when I pulled up, the wings were already ready—leaving me confused about the accuracy of the wait times.
Overall, the service feels disorganized and inconsistent. I’m not sure why I keep giving this place another chance.
I wish I could give them no stars. This place is a JOKE. Ordered two boxes, went to pick them up. NO STRAWS, two pieces of toast missing, NO SAUCES and four cookies missing. This will be the LAST time I order food from here. The lack of work ethic is ASTOUNDING. Good luck if you go to this location
