Best subway in town. Staff is excellent and the food tastes better than the subway on 15s.

Went at lunchtime & the bread varieties weren't ready. Don't ask to alter a sandwich listed on the new menu, they won't change anything (for example, swapping for a different kind of cheese, or leaving off onion). Girl was kinda rude about it. Sandwich tasted fine.

What up with the sudden change of not being able to add pickles to any order and you dont have to be so rude about it either.Lost my business.Losers...

An employee yelled at me because I couldn't understand what she was saying. All she had to was speak up, not embarrass me in front of 5 or 6 military service members. I have never yelled at a customer at any of the places I've been employed. It is not that hard to be nice and being nice goes along way.

As a Subway restaurant in an Exchange, this place tends to get crowded during lunchtime and for a good reason as there aren't many healthy options at this food court. Fortunately, the workers are efficient and the line moves quickly. Of my previous 5 meals at the food court, 3 of them were from here.

Employees are rude and they consistently screw up the orders.

One of the workers is always throwing food around. Doesn't care how the sandwich looks. Adds way too much salt and pepper anytime you ask for it. My sandwich always is a mess when I open it

Hands down the worst Subway in S.C.! Management pays no attention to the lack of customer service because they know they have a strong consumer foundation with the military personnel that need a quick bite at Shaw. Better off saving your money and taking it down the street to Sub Station where they treat you with respect and make a damn good sandwich all while battling the influx of lunch goers.
This is one of my FAVORITE places to eat😋😋😋

Always a long line, and they don't really add "extra" when you ask them... I typically avoid them unless I have no other choice. One positive thing is the staff is friendly.
