Andy's Frozen Custard

This place is nothing short of amazing!! The custard is always delicious, delightful and soooo good!! The general manager, Trish and her assistant GM, Sarah has built an incredible crew that are always smiling, pleasant and respectful! I visit almost every morning and sometimes at night, and they complete mine and my family’s day! Like for instance, I have a little one that’s 2 years old and of course I was going to share my treat with her and to our surprise, they gave my baby a sample cone with a couple of sprinkles on it to have. It was a very sweet gesture. We all know that kids get messy, so one of the managers offered the restroom for us to clean the kiddos after their treat. It was the situational awareness that was exceptional! Definitely an upgrade from prior management! As I’m reading these other comments that give them low stars and or talk bad about this place or the people that work here, I can tell that some are, miserable and unhappy people, and just bc your day is bad, don’t go around trying to mess up anyone else's! This place deserves ALL the stars!

I'm so disappointed in what this place has became! My kids and I used to go 1 to 2 times a week for icecream. The prior management and staff were just a joy to encounter, but you can definitely tell there is new management from the staff to the quality of your order. The assistant manager never smiles, acts like it's a burden to serve you, and always has her phone in her hand and I have absolutely no comment on the so called manager! The concretes are never fully blended. My son's last medium concrete had 4 cookie dough pieces total. Unfortunately we have not returned for quite some time because of the obvious difference in how this place is ran from when it opened.

Great place for an Elderly Date! We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary here! The Soda Jerk allowed my wife to use the restroom in an emergency situation!

Very fast service and good frozen treats got the Choco Express shake that was absolutely delicious, loved every bit of it.

Very awesome Peach custard

Really really good. I got the strawberry cake sundae and it was delicious. The custard is sweet and creamy, and the shortcake was moist and one of the best I've ever had. Service was quick. Maybe a little too quick as my husband's strawberry milkshake wasn't well blended and he had trouble drinking it. Overall, we'd try it again.

Its good ice cream. Nothing that special but still good. Portions were fine and price was okay. The theming was cool and the reusable cup is also cool.

Interesting and tasty choices . The jackhammer treats you can customize are great and unlike most dessert places. It’s nice to try if you want something different and not the same old Carvel or Häagen-Dazs
